Drew E. Bartlett

Drew E. Bartlett is a graduate of the University of Maine and Roger Williams University School of Law. While at Roger Williams University School of Law, Attorney Bartlett was a member of the Roger Williams University Law Review and Honors Program. Attorney Bartlett additionally served as a Teaching Assistant for Contract Law, Property Law, and Criminal Law. Attorney Bartlett also served as Research Assistant to Professor Susan Heyman, focusing primarily on the corporate Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. While at Roger Williams University School of Law, Attorney Bartlett was selected to participate in the Corporate Counsel Externship and Business Startup Clinic. After receiving his law degree, Attorney Bartlett began civil litigation practice as an Associate Attorney at Boyle | Shaughnessy Law. While practicing at Boyle | Shaughnessy Law, Attorney Bartlett defended a variety of claims pertaining to construction defects, contractual disputes, property damage and personal injury. Eric T. Thulin is a graduate of Worcester State University and Suffolk University Law School. While at Suffolk University Law School, Attorney Thulin was awarded distinguished oral advocate in Legal Practice Skills and was invited to participate in The Honorable Walter H. McLaughlin Appellate Advocacy Competition. Upon receiving his Juris Doctor, Attorney Thulin began practicing civil litigation as an Associate Attorney at Cirace & Associates in Boston, Massachusetts focusing on general civil litigation and landlord/tenant law. Thereafter, Attorney Thulin practiced as an Associate Attorney at Goldman & Pease LLC, focusing on real estate and business litigation; and at the Law Office of Richard J. Lawrence A. Wind is a graduate of Lehigh University and the Widener University School of Law. At Widener Law School, Attorney Wind earned entry onto the Widener Law Review as well as was awarded distinctions in trial advocacy including: Winner of the 2008 Moot Court Competition, Winner of the American Trial Lawyer Association's Best Cross Examination Award, and Awarded Membership in the Order of the Barristers.
