As an Operations Manager, Aino oversees the efficient functionality of Dottir's office environment, ensuring that all necessary tools, systems, and facilities are in place to support the team's productivity. She evaluates and implements various internal processes to optimize operational workflows and to maintain a well-organized office. Aino works closely with the office trainee team, which she manages and quides.
Aino joined Dottir in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
Albert advises clients on complex transactional and regulatory matters, specializing in industrial projects, the energy transition and environmental law. In addition, he advises clients on a variety of company and contract law matters, including corporate governance and M&A transactions.
Albert has experience in advising both private and public actors on the challenges of energy project development, particularly in the context of onshore and offshore wind power, solar power and grid infrastructure. He also has a background in M&A transactions and commercial agreements.
Anna is an experienced dispute resolution professional with wide experience in litigation, arbitration and different forms of ADR. Anna acts as counsel, an arbitrator, and a mediator in commercial disputes, covering, for example, corporate law, ICT, competition, franchising, product liability, and new technologies.
Anna has practiced law in different forms for over 15 years. Before joining Dottir Anna worked for several years in the dispute resolution team of another Finnish law firm where her practice was focused on more traditional fields of business. Anna has done her court training, acting as a Trainee District Judge, at the District Court of Helsinki.
Anne manages and develops all of Dottir's marketing activities. She leads marketing projects and collaborates closely with Dottir's partners on marketing planning and brand development. Anne manages and creates content for Dottir's website and social media, while also handling the production of marketing materials. Additionally, she is responsible for various business development and sales support tasks.

Anni is a dispute resolution specialist with a particular focus on corporate law and post-M&A disputes, including complex squeeze-out proceedings and board liability disputes. Thanks to her diverse background, Anni has a balanced approach to conflict situations, combining business needs with the goal of preventing conflicts.
Anni has a great interest in alternative dispute resolution, especially mediation. Her experience as a mediator in both commercial disputes and other civil and criminal matters complements her experience in representing clients in court. She is also a member of the mediation committee of the Finnish Bar Association, where she contributes to the advancement of mediation practices within the legal community.
Annukka is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in dispute resolution, with a focus on the technology, energy, and corporate law sectors. She has a proven track record as counsel in a broad range of commercial disputes, representing clients in both traditional courts and before domestic and international arbitral tribunals. Her expertise extends to white-collar crime proceedings and administrative regulatory matters, where she regularly advises corporations and executives. Pekka is a dispute resolution specialist with strong experience in litigation and international arbitration. At Dottir his practice has focused on the tech industry and Pekka has accumulated a wealth of experience in managing complex and high value technology related disputes. Pekka is also a leading expert in sports law and has acted as counsel in over a hundred sports-related dispute resolution proceedings.
Since 2019, Pekka has acted as an arbitrator in the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland and he is also a mediator approved by the Finnish Bar Association. Pihla manages Dottir's HR matters. She joined the firm in 2016 as a legal tainee and worked as an associate lawyer specializing in commercial contracts, data protection and entertainment law until 2022. Pihla has played a pivotal role in establishing and developing Dottir's HR function. She also has a central role in Dottir's employer branding matters.
Pihla holds an LLM degree from the University of Turku.
Pyry advises clients on technology and IP matters, with a particular focus on copyright, brand protection, and commercial contracts. His expertise extends to navigating the complexities of information technology, with special knowledge in AI and other emerging technologies.

Tuuli holds close to two decades of experience in resolving complex international disputes arising out of a variety of industries, such as technology, energy, construction and post M&A. Prior to joining Dottir, Tuuli worked in the international arbitration department of White & Case in Paris, Helsinki and New York for a decade. For the years preceding her joining Dottir, Tuuli was the director of disputes at Nokia Technologies, where she managed global disputes and contentious licensing deals arising out of the licensing of a global patent portfolio. Tuuli's practice focuses on arbitration and other forms of ADR.
In addition to having successfully represented parties in international arbitrations, Tuuli is experienced in accompanying companies in the preparation of their conflict management strategies from the genesis of a disagreement through its resolution. Indeed, Tuuli has reached settlements in complex, high value disputes through negotiations, mediation or other ADR methods. Tuuli also regularly sits as arbitrator in commercial arbitrations, both national and international.
Tuuli is on the board of the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce, and she was an active member of the ICC's task force on ADR. Tuuli is also on the Court of the International Chamber of Commerce. Tuuli has authored several publications on the topics of dispute resolution and governing law, and she is a regular speaker on these topics.
