Frontier Capital Limited, a boutique corporate finance company, was incorporated on 20 June 2001 by the partners of Alliance Consulting, a Nigerian strategy and finance consultancy. Alliance Consulting was set up in 1999, as the result of the spin-off of the non-ratings business of Agusto & Co. Limited (Nigeria's first credit rating agency) and a combination with IBFC Limited, another independent consultancy... Frontier Capital provides advisory services on a selective basis in addition to its principal finance business... Through our Principal Finance business, we bring projects initiated by us to the financial markets in addition to investing in debt, equity and structured financings on our own and in conjunction with our investor pool. Our principal finance business is also responsible for developing investment opportunities and originating investment instruments for distribution into the local individual and institutional private investor market.
