About a year ago, we realized that we had a lot of customer complaints tied to our shipping procedures. We had people tell us that their products were damaged upon arrival and that we needed to work on handling items more carefully. To figure out what was going on, I spent a few days evaluating our shipping procedures. I found several deficiencies, which I addressed right away.
