Global Offshore Services BV was incorporated in November 2010 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Offshore Services Ltd, India with the main purpose of catering to the vessel requirements in Brazil, Africa and the North Sea. Subsequently in the year 2012 ,S1 Offshore Pte Ltd (a subsidiary of DVB Bank ) invested equity in the Company. S1 Offshore presently owns approx 32% of the Company. Global Offshore Services Ltd., India continues to own 68% of the Company.
