Ansley R. Mellette

Ansley began her career in the securities industry in 2000 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Harbour Wealth Management Group. With an unwavering commitment to client service, she consistently delivers top-tier support and guidance to our clients. Ansley spent 17 years with Merrill Lynch in several different managerial and client facing rolls before transitioning to Raymond James in 2018 to work with Matt and Chris, with whom she had worked during their tenure at Merrill Lynch. She was happy to make the transition with them from Raymond James to their new venture at Harbour Wealth Management in 2021. Ansley earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Auburn University. She lives in Charleston, SC with her husband and children.

Martha Clark

New to the financial services industry, Martha began her career with the Harbour Wealth Management Group in October of 2023. She is eager to learn and expand her knowledge and experience, both in assisting with day-to-day administrative operations and in pursuing industry licenses in order to advance her career. Martha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Sewanee: The University of the South. Her goal is to engage in meaningful relationships with clients and apply her analytical and problem-solving skills to help clients' needs as effectively as possible. She has recently moved to Mount Pleasant, SC, and is excited to explore the community. In her free time, she enjoys painting, biking to the beach, and spending time with her pet rabbit, Boon.

Matthew D. Pardieck

Matt is a current board member of Charleston Jazz, an organization promoting Charleston's rich jazz history, hosting numerous shows through its world class Charleston Jazz Orchestra and smaller ensembles of talented musicians, and recently opening a Jazz Academy offering music training/exposure to young talented artists including a high percent of need based scholarship students. Matt began working in financial services as a junior member and corporate pilot in 1995 under the tutelage of two successful business/wealth managers who served as a resource to accounting firms in succession, executive benefits and asset protection-ultimately starting a franchise under their umbrella. He was subsequently acquired by a consulting firm, where he focused upon corporate succession strategies and institutional retirement consulting. After another acquisition, Matt joined Merrill Lynch in 2005 and worked with them (including managing an office location) until he formed the Harbour Wealth Management team of Raymond James in 2012. In 2021, the Harbour Wealth Management team formed its own RIA under the same name. He received his BS degree from Purdue University in Aeronautical Engineering, majoring in aviation economics. Matt is a Certified Financial Planner™ Certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., a Certified Investment Management Analyst(r), a Chartered Life Underwriter®, and a Chartered Financial Consultant®. Matt is a member of the Investments and Wealth Institute, Financial Planning Association, Mt Pleasant Rotary Club and Mt Pleasant Presbyterian Church, as well as a Chamber 'Leadership Charleston' graduate. Matt is a current member of the Board of Charleston Jazz, and has been involved in many other charities such as Big Brothers (as a Big) and Junior Achievement. Matt has always had a passion for helping youth: while Chair of Charleston Jazz, he started the Jazz Academy, which has given music scholarships to hundreds of youth and impacted thousands of young students; he was a Big Brother for several years to a wonderful young man; he has taught karate at Metanoia's summer Freedom School for over 10 years to elementary school kids; he organized/recruited for Rotary Reader for several years helping hundreds of youth; been a Junior Achievement volunteer at numerous schools; coached (horribly) many youth teams; and regularly gives to many charities focused on youth education/empowerment. Matt lives in Mt Pleasant, SC with his beautiful wife Alissa and wonderful son Matthew.
