Andrew is a qualified accountant (CPA) and lawyer, and has held former executive roles at Advisian (part of Worley) and ABN Amro/Royal Bank of Scotland. Andrew has established investment vehicles for infrastructure, renewable and clean-tech VC funds, ed-tech, secondary US tech and SPAC equity, and digital assets.
Over 5 years' experience across finance, IT advisory and solutions implementation, and insurance brokering. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne. He has held previous roles at automobile leasing and fleet management company LeasePlan, and global insurance broking firm Marsh.
Specialises in corporate and commercial law with over 10 years' experience across funds, superannuation, M&A, tax, corporate and commercial practice areas. Louisa is a qualified lawyer admitted to legal practice in 2009. She was previously a lawyer at Allens Linklaters and has completed secondments at ANZ bank as an in-house legal counsel and worked with various clients across the bank in the Institutional division and the Marketing, Credit Card and Digital Payments division.
Over 5 years' experience across investments, due diligence, valuation analysis and financial advisory. Martin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne. He has held previous roles in the VC and alternative assets sectors, and was prior advisor to Melbourne-based prop-tech start up in the Airbnb/short-term rental management space.

He was the former CEO/COO of Australian equity crowdfunding platform VentureCrowd, Director of Port Hedland Airport and Alternate Director of Melbourne and Launceston Airports, and previously held executive roles at AMP Capital and Macquarie Capital.
