Abigail is a licensed clinical social worker in Nevada. Prior to completing her clinical hours, she was a licensed social worker in various positions, such as medical social work, the aging population, and children and families. She has great understanding how depression and anxiety shapes our lives into a negative minefield and the battle it takes to feel and become better. Her clinical experiences encompass depression and other mood disorders, anxiety and panic attacks, trauma work, pre and post operative weight loss surgery, including dealing with the shame of regain, grief and loss, relationship challenges, women's issues, and dealing with on-going life issues. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, which includes homework, dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR, and solution focused modalities to help navigate the minefield. Abigail believes therapy is most beneficial when the therapist and client have a therapeutic alliance and a shared goal of healing, growing, and blowing up the minefield together.

Celeste Ainsley

Celeste recently graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in the 2022 Trauma-informed Practice cohort. They specialize in Trauma and PTSD, with a background as an IPV (Intimate Partner Violence) victim-survivor advocate and case manager. A member of the LGBTQ+ and disabled community, they strive to support individuals of all walks of life and hope to support anyone experiencing distress or harm as they personally believe that therapeutic work can bring clarity to navigating personal safety and satisfaction. Cherie Catlett

Cherie has worked with children over the past four years, helping them cope with trauma and behavior-related issues in the academic setting. She is experienced in working with adults and youth experiencing homelessness and individuals who have had legal issues. Because of this experience, she is well-versed in trauma, mood disorders, and parenting-related issues.

Christine Flowers

Christine graduated from Capella University with a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and worked at Our Place, a women's shelter in Reno, Nevada, where she gained valuable experience in supporting guests experiencing trauma and PTSD. Her approach to therapy is centered on supporting the needs of her clients and providing a safe, non-judgmental space that allows her and the client to work together to promote change. A native of the Philippine Islands, she supports individuals of all walks of life and offers therapeutic work that brings awareness and clarity to help clients navigate challenges, achieve personal growth, and move toward the positive outcomes they desire. She enjoys working with teenagers, adults, couples, and families, and aims to encourage and empower each client as they take steps toward improved mental health and wellbeing.
