Damien joined Irish HomeCare in April 2021as Commercial Finance Director leading the Commercial, Finance and IT functions of the Company. Prior to Irish HomeCare, Damien held Executive-level financial, operational and commercial roles with high-growth companies in the Pharmaceutical, Building Materials and FMCG sectors in Ireland and the UK.
John joined Irish HomeCare in February 2018 as Finance Director leading the Finance, Commercial and IT functions of the Company. In February 2020, John was appointed CEO. Prior to Irish HomeCare, John held Executive-level financial and commercial roles in Ireland and Australia in industries such as manufacturing, hospitality and financial services. John is also a Board Director of Home and Community Care Ireland (HCCI), the representative body for private home care providers.
Teresa McNally is a registered nurse with over 20 years' experience in the health and social care sector, both in Ireland and the UK. She joined Irish HomeCare in 2019 and became Director of Quality & Clinical Governance in 2020. In 2022, Teresa's role expanded to Director of Quality & Operations and she was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2023. With a professional nursing and leadership portfolio across a broad spectrum of healthcare services including acute settings, services for older persons and disability services, Teresa brings clinical expertise, strategic development, innovation, and an aptitude for quality of care to Irish HomeCare.
