Andrea has been a valued team leader since 2015. Her major roles include managing the payroll and benefit administration staff, enforcing a high standard of compliance, and maintaining quality of production for J Solutions. She holds knowledge in areas of business operations, payroll, and human resources. She attended Lamar University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration, double majoring in Economics and Finance. In 2018, she earned her Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. She enjoys giving back to her community and has been an active member of the Junior League of Beaumont since 2017. She volunteers at the Southeast Texas Food Bank, and other community projects. While in college, she cheered for Lamar University and held several leadership positions with her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega. She is also a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and Order of Omega Honor Society. She received a scholarship and traveled to China to study international business during the summer of 2017. Andrea enjoys spending her free time working out, reading, and playing with her Golden Doodle, Gatsby.

Brent Meche is a human resources and payroll administration consultant for J Solutions, Inc. He is the president and CEO of Phy-Med Resources, Inc., a medical practice management company. Brent has more than 40 years of medical management experience where he was a hospital administrator before becoming a business owner and entrepreneur.

Jan Rugg is a co-owner, president and CEO of J Solutions, Inc. She has been a co-owner since 2003 lending her law and medical background to helping businesses with employee-related tasks so they can focus on business opportunities and growth. She is a Medicare and credentialing expert having a legal and medical background. She has expertise in the medical staff profession, accounting, payroll administration and all insurance payors. Jan is a senior management consultant for Phy-Med Resources, Inc. She has 15 years previous experience as a paralegal with several Texas law firms. She has also consulted as a development director and grant writer for several Texas non-profit organizations. Jan is active in her community. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Beaumont, and a charter and board member of the Jefferson County Bar Association Auxiliary where she held numerous office including President and Treasurer. She is a member of the Texas Lawyers Auxiliary where she held several board positions including Treasurer. She served several years on the Jefferson County Young Lawyers Board of Directors. She has received numerous awards including the Outstanding Member award from the Jefferson County Bar Association Auxiliary, Pack 291 of Three Rivers Council - Boy Scouts of America, and Southeast Texas Stars. She is the recipient of the prestigious Liberty Bell Award from the Jefferson County Bar Association and District Award of Merit from the Three Rivers Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Jan lives in Beaumont with her husband and her adult children, John, Laurel and Andrea, triplets.

Kent received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Accounting where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and the varsity swim team. Kent has spent many years in the field of marketing and sales of financial products and solutions. He attained the award of Presidents club as a District Sales manager for Colonial Life and Accident and later the same award as an Associate General Manager for AIG American General. After a period of time in the energy industry Kent is excited to be back in the payroll and human resources field. He sees J Solutions as the premier PEO in the south Texas Market and looks forward to continued growth and success. Kent is President of the East Texas Association of Soil and Water Districts and alternate board member on the state Board of conservation districts. He is the GOP county chair for Hardin County. He lives in Hardin County with his wife of 31 years they have 3 grown sons 2 daughter-in-laws and 2 grandchildren. Kent enjoys golf, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
