Damion Sanders

Attorney Sanders serves as the territory-wide Litigation Director of Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, Inc. Prior to joining Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, Inc., Attorney Sanders worked in private practice in the State of New York, focusing on real property litigation and other types of civil litigation for over 18 years. Attorney Sanders also served as a pro bono volunteer for the New York Unified Court System Access to Justice program. He joined the LSVI team in 2022, when he relocated to St. Croix with his family. He is passionate about seeking justice for underserved populations. Education: J.D., Fordham University School of Law (2006) B.A., Yale University (1997)

Dawn D. Dyer

Dawn D. Dyer is the Managing Attorney for the St. Croix office of Legal Services of the Virgin Islands. Prior to moving to the Virgin Islands in 2022, she owned and operated a law firm in the State of Maine focusing on family law, real estate, and estate planning. While in Maine, she served as a volunteer attorney on the Cumberland County Domestic Violence Panel. She served as a Guardian ad Litem for Child Protective and Family law matters. She is the recipient of the Katahdin Counsel award for ten years of pro bono service. She has been a Rotarian for many years and currently a member of St. Croix Harborside Rotary Club and a recipient of the Paul Harris Fellow Award.

Jennifer Logie

Jennifer Logie moved to St. Croix, USVI in 1995 from Trinidad. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Colorado Technical University. Before joining Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, Jennifer was a Special Services Coordinator for the Department of Human Services where she coordinated the day-to-day operations of Homemakers Services Program. Jennifer joined LSVI in 2022 as the Senior Medicare Patrol Director. She works directly with senior citizens, territory-wide, to support them with education and wellness.

Kenneth Guye - CFO

A member of the executive management team, Ken joined the LSVI in August 2012 and assumed responsibility of Director of Finance and Administration. He provides management, control and administration of all fiscal matters as well as some human resources, facilities, information technology and issues guidance to management and the Board for policy and funding decisions. Ken ensures, through budget preparations and many other financial and compliance reports, that the Agency's fiscal responsibilities are met and are in agreement with the stated mission to provide free legal services to the disadvantaged, abused, elderly and victims of crimes. He has played an integral role in assisting the Agency to become a reputable and well respected part of the Virgin Islands community. Ken is a focused accounting professional with demonstrated years of experience leading profit and non-governmental accounting and administrative affairs for a wide range of organizations including multi-entity and multi-locations. Prior to joining Legal Services, he was the Accounting Manager at V.I. Waste Management Authority (VIWMA) where he developed the infrastructure to report the capital improvement projects and redesigned the engineering payroll system to track time, projects and cost categories. Prior to VIWMA, Ken worked for other non-profits, a prominent law firm and other for profit corporations. Ken is in his 1st term as Corporate Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for the Virgin Islands Volunteer Organizations Active in Disasters (VI VOAD) for 2015-18. He is the U.S. Virgin Islands Territorial Representative with the Southeastern Directors and Administrators Association. He was founding president of the University of the Virgin Islands, St. Croix Campus Accounting Association (1990-92) and the Treasurer of the UVI Student Government Association from 1990-92. While there, he received the Accounting Award and the Presidents' Club Award. Ken earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting, cum laude with honors and an associate's of arts degree in business management from the University of the Virgin Islands in 1992. He is passionately Catholic and puts God first in everything. Ken hails from the Nature Island of Dominica.

Krystal Isaac

Krystal Isaac has been a part of the team at Legal Services of the Virgin Islands since 2008. Krystal is part of the Legal Support team and also serves as the Disaster Coordinator for the St.Thomas office. She has worked within the legal community for over 15 years alongside attorneys and has handled criminal, family and civil cases. She is the proud mother of a handsome and intelligent little boy who also happens to be her pride and joy, stealing her heart from day one. Described by many as a generous, caring, fun-loving and creative individual, she can often be found bonding, with family or helping others. She lives by the quote "A kind gesture can reach a wound that only compassion can heal".

Kyle Beighle

Attorney Beighle serves as a staff attorney and VOCA program director in the St. Thomas office. He joined the LSVI family in the Summer of 2022. Attorney Beighle practiced civil defense litigation in St. Croix. Attorney Beighle also volunteers for the BSA Sea Base Alumni and Friends Association where he currently serves as Vice President. Attorney Gaddy serves as the Executive Director of Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, Inc. Prior to joining Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, Inc., Attorney Gaddy specialized in public and municipal finance, commercial banking and real estate transactions and represented many public agencies and non-profit organizations. Since 2007, when she joined the Legal Services team, she has been a voice for equal access to justice by recruiting members of the private bar to provide pro bono services and legal representation for the poor and vulnerable members of our community. As a staff attorney, she has advocated for equal justice for the less-fortunate and under-represented persons in the Virgin Islands. She has served as the Chair for the VI Bar's Access to Justice Committee for three years and is serving as the Interim Chair of the Virgin Islands Access to Justice Commission.

Stephen Franko, IV

Attorney Franko is the Managing Attorney for the St. Thomas office of Legal Services of the Virgin Islands. He comes to LSVI with over a decade of legal experience. Prior to moving to the Virgin Islands in August 2022, he worked as a Hearing Officer and Appeals Referee for the Department of Labor and Industry in Pennsylvania. Attorney Franko has private practice experience handling litigation and transactional matters. Additionally, he spent several years working as the Chief Public Defender for Wyoming Pennsylvania. Attorney Franko's civic activities including various pro bono legal projects and volunteering for United Way. He is a member of the National Trial Lawyers top 40 under 40. Tania Parker

Attorney Parker serves as a staff attorney, VAWA Project Director, and Elder Law Director in the St. Croix office. She joined the LSVI family in Fall 2020. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Law at the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY. Tania would then go on to complete her law degree at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University receiving her Juris Doctorate in 2016. Tania was the recipient of the Miriam Maccoby Netter Legal Fellowship in 2015. In 2019, Tania relocated to St. Croix to serve as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Jomo Meade in the Superior Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Truman Coe

Truman Coe the Pro Bono Attorney for the territory and he is a Staff Attorney for the St. Croix office of the Legal Services of the Virgin Islands. Prior to moving to St. Croix in 2022 he owned and operated a law firm in Dallas Texas. His law practice focused on Federal Bankruptcy Law. Attorney Coe's Bankruptcy Practice focused on helping clients stop foreclosures, stop collection law suits, discharge unsecured debts, discharge tax debt and prepare plans to restructure debts that could not be discharged. He is excited to dedicate his future practice to helping people of need in the Virgin Islands. Velma Fahie

Velma Fahie was born on the island of Tortola. Velma has worked at Department of Property and Procurement, Sugar Beach Resort, Renaissances Grand Beach Resort, Corporation and Trademarks, Ronald W. Belfon, P. C. and presently Legal Services of the Virgin Islands. Velma joined the LSVI team with over 5 years of administrative support experience. She is a caring, understanding, fun-loving and out- going person and is referred to as a supermom! She is grateful for the opportunity to be working with such wonderful and caring people that we call ‘family" at Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, Inc. Velma serves as the Legal Support/Disaster Hotline Operator for St.Thomas.
