Adam Bruce

Job Titles:

Adam leads a team responsible for managing political and regulatory risk, and the company's brand, reputation and communications. He joined Mainstream in 2008 following the £1.8bn sale of Airtricity, where he was UK Chief Executive. He is a member of the company's leadership team and Sustainability committee. He was appointed by the Scottish and UK governments as the first chairman of the Offshore Wind Programme Board, is a former chairman of RenewableUK and a former vice-chairman of WindEurope. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of the Global Wind Energy Council. He has previously served on the advisory boards of RE100 and the Coalition for Action of the International Renewable Energy Agency. Adam sits on the Development Board of Oxford University's Maths, Physics and Life Sciences Division. He is a Trustee of the National Museums of Scotland. He read history at Balliol College, Oxford and law at Edinburgh University.

Adrian Swift

Adrian joined Mainstream in June 2016 as part of the Corporate Finance Team to manage Mainstream's relationship with the Impact Investors in Lekela, Mainstream's pan-African joint venture with Actis. In addition, Adrian manages Mainstream's relationship with Lekela. This includes managing all aspects of funding requirements, reporting and corporate governance. Adrian has over 20 years' experience in various finance positions, including working for over six years with KPMG in their Corporate Finance and Financial Services Tax departments advising on Public Private Partnership and corporate restructurings. In addition, Adrian was part of the finance team in Trinergy that refinanced and sold a 1.8bn portfolio of wind energy assets in Italy and Germany. Adrian holds a Degree in Actuarial and Financial Studies from UCD and an MSc in Industrial and Financial Mathematics from DCU. He is a qualified accountant and an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute.

Aidan Guinan - CFO

Aidan Guinan was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer, Offshore in March 2023 having led the merger and integration of Aker Offshore Wind into Mainstream in 2022. Aidan has held several positions in Mainstream since he joined in 2014 most recently as Group Head of Investment Risk, Legal and Governance where he was responsible for reviewing new investment opportunities, assessing capital allocation and diversification of risk across the group. Prior to that Aidan was Group Head of Commercial supporting the regions in commercial and project finance transactions and Project Director where he led the disposal of Mainstream's Neart na Gaoithe 450 MW offshore wind project to EDF in 2018. Prior to joining Mainstream, Aidan worked for an Irish infrastructure developer where he led numerous M&A transactions and raised over US $1.25bn of project finance debt for two toll road PPP transactions in Ireland. Aidan trained with PwC Ireland and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Ana María Argandoña

Ana María Argandoña joined Mainstream Renewable Power Chile as Head of External Affairs, Communications and Communities in December of 2019. Ana María is a communications specialist with a Masters in Corporate Communications Management from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña in Barcelona. She has over 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors, particularly in the mining, water and energy industries. Ana María has also held various roles in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry for Health. Ana María is highly experienced in communications management, community development, crisis management and conflict resolution, institutional relations, social corporate responsibility and public affairs, among others.

Andrés Curia

Andrés Curia joined Mainstream Chile as Head of the Legal Department in November of 2015. In late 2018, he was appointed as Head of the Legal and Commercial Departments. Andrés has over 17 years of experience practicing law. He has been working in the energy industry for over 8 years. He was the Head of the Pacific Hydro Chile's Legal Department where he worked on the development, construction and operation of hydroelectricity and wind energy projects. Prior to this, he worked as a corporate lawyer for CGE Group's Legal Management, during which time he provided legal advice to the group's companies for areas such as distribution, sub-transmission and hydroelectricity generation projects. He has led numerous litigation teams and participated in project financing processes, as well as working as a Research Analyst in the London School of Economics' Centre for Economic Performance. Andrés has a law degree from the University of Diego Portales and a Masters in International Commercial Law from the University of London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics and Finance for Lawyers from the University of Chile's Faculty of Economics and Finance.

Aoife McMahon

Aoife joined Mainstream in 2013 in the Group Finance team. She was subsequently promoted to a Corporate Finance Manager and then moved to Manilla to lead Mainstream's Philippines office. On her return back to Ireland, Aoife established and lead a new M&A function. Aoife's current role is Head of CEO Office where she provides corporate coordination and decision support to the CEO. Aoife also is heavily involved in strategy implementation and shareholder management. Prior to Mainstream, Aoife spent four years working with PwC where she obtained her ACA qualification. Aoife holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin ("UCD") and a MBA from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Avra Moodley

Avra joined Mainstream in December 2022. She is a lawyer with over 20 years' experience in both the public and the private sectors in energy, infrastructure, procurement, sustainable development, banking/finance, corporate and commercial law. After completing her law degree, she completed her articles at Bowmans in Johannesburg. Her career includes in-house legal counsel for Absa Bank, Legal Manager at Primedia (Ster-Kinekor), specialist Legal Advisor at the IPP Office, energy advisor to the National Treasury Cities Support Programme and key strategic advisor to Operation Vulindlela; and Component Manager for Power Sector Reform at the GIZ. Working with key stakeholders, Avra has a track record in successfully designing, contributing to, advocating for, and implementing strategic projects and reforms in the energy sector. In addition to being an admitted attorney, she holds an MBA and a diploma in International Relations.

Bart Doyle - COO

Bart was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer in 2018 and holds responsibility for the Group's health and safety, project development, construction and operational activities. His appointment to Group COO followed his secondment to Mainstream Chile as General Manager for three years and previously, Bart was COO for global onshore developments across the company. Formerly, he worked for global developer Airtricity, leading construction for a number of wind assets. Before this Bart worked with Schlumberger Oilfield Services on onshore and offshore oil and gas projects. Bart graduated as an Electronic and Electrical Engineer from Trinity College Dublin (TCD) and holds an MBA from University College Dublin. He is an IOD Chartered Director, holds PfMP, PgMP, PMP, RMP and SP certifications from the PMI and has a higher diploma in Construction Law and Contract Administration from TCD, and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Irish Management Institute.

Bernard Casey - COO

Bernard was appointed Chief Operating Officer, APAC in June 2021 and holds responsibility for the company's health and safety, project development, construction and operational activities in the region. He retains the role of Development Director - Vietnam, with overall responsibility for the development of the 1,400 MW Phu Cuong offshore wind farm, working closely with Mainstream's joint venture partner for the project, the Phu Cuong Group. Bernard joined Mainstream in 2009 as Head of Civil Engineering, and later, as Head of Offshore Engineering, played an instrumental role in Mainstream's two flagship offshore projects: the 4 GW Hornsea zone off the coast of England - subsequently sold to Ørsted - and the 450 MW Neart na Gaoithe site in Scotland. Following the sale of that project to EDF Renewables in 2018, he was appointed Group Head of Asset Engineering. Between 2006 and 2008, Bernard worked in Vietnam as Project Manager constructing the Hai Phong thermal power plant while working for Irish utility, ESB International. His area of academic qualification is in civil and geotechnical engineering and he has experience in all aspects of power generation from design through construction and operation. Bernard graduated from University College Dublin with a first-class honours degree in civil engineering and has a master's degree awarded by the Imperial College, London, in Soil Mechanics and Engineering Seismology. He is a former Chairman of the Geotechnical Society of Ireland.

Birgitte Karlsen - Chief Legal Officer

Birgitte was appointed General Counsel at Mainstream in October 2022 where she has responsibility for the legal and compliance functions across the Group. She joined Mainstream from the position of General Counsel at Aker Offshore Wind following the company's combination with Mainstream in August 2022. She has worked in private practice within the energy sector for most of her career and since 2013 as a partner in the law firm Wikborg Rein. Birgitte graduated with a law degree from the University of Bergen in 2002.

Bryan O'Shaughnessy

Bryan joined Mainstream in June, 2022 as COO for Latam and has over 30 years' experience leading multinational energy projects. Prior to his arrival at Mainstream, he was Operations Director at Prime Energía. Given his background, he has a strong understanding of engineering disciplines, including mechanical, automation and electrical, with a methodical and structured approach to project engineering. Bryan has a Bachelors degree in Engineering (honours) from University of Limerick.

Candice McDonald

Candice joined Mainstream in April 2014 as Financial Accountant responsible for managing the finances of the Round 3 projects through the construction phase from financial close into operations. She was promoted to Finance Manager in April 2020 during which time she looked after the full finance function of the Round 4 projects, assisting with the financial close process and taking them through construction to commercial operation in late 2020. She started her career in London working for a Music Publishing Company followed by an internal finance role at PricewaterhouseCoopers before relocating back to South Africa and joining Mainstream. Candice studied a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Financial Accounting at the University of Stellenbosch and gained her CIMA qualification in 2011.

Chris Billingham

Chris joined Mainstream Renewable Power in 2015 as Grid Manager, South Africa. He previously worked with Eskom for 25 years where he specialised in Power System Generation, Operation and Control. Chris is Chairman of the SAWEA Technical Working Group, a member of the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and a member of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE). He holds a Masters Degree in Technology.

Christo Loots

Christo joined Mainstream as Construction Programme Manager in 2018. Having previously worked with SMEC, Christo had consulted to Mainstream as Site Manager on the Jeffreys Bay Wind Farm (138MW) construction project from 2012 to 2016. After this, he acted as Project Manager on the Loeriesfontein 2 Wind Farm (138MW) construction project. Christo holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from University of Stellenbosch and is a registered member of ECSA. He is also a registered Project Management Professional with PMI.

Eduardo Karlin

Eduardo joined the Asia Pacific team in 2020 and took up his current role, with responsibility for Mainstream's business development and expansion in the region, in June 2021. Previously, he was part of the Group's Central Commercial team. He has worked in the renewable energy sector since 2010, with a focus on business development and project finance transactions in emerging markets. To date, he has closed more than 4,000 MW (gross), with cumulative deal values in excess of USD 1 billion in South America, Southern Africa and Southeast Asia. Before joining Mainstream in 2017, he worked with FBP Investments, leading market entry in Indonesia in 2011 and developing the country's first utility-scale solar PV project, and spent time as a Senior Consultant with KPMG Advisory in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with a focus on the energy sector. Eduardo holds a BSc in International Economics from Universita' Bocconi (Italy), an MA in International Studies from the University of Vienna (Austria) and is fluent in English, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and French.

Elaine Quinlan

Elaine joined Mainstream in 2008 and has 20 years of diverse Human Resources experience in the renewable energy industry. She and her team are responsible for providing a comprehensive and commercially focused HR service for the Mainstream Group. She successfully established and grew the Human Resources department where her team has supported the establishment of offices and recruitment of staff across 6 continents. She is part of Mainstream's Sustainability Committee. Prior to joining Mainstream, Elaine worked at Airtricity as Senior HR Executive. Elaine earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Economics from University College Cork and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland. She is a Chartered member of CIPD.

Emmet Curley

Emmet has 20 years' experience leading the Marketing and Communications functions for global renewable energy companies. He has led Mainstream's communications since the company was founded in 2008 and previous to that was Group Marketing Manager at Airtricity. Emmet has responsibility for Mainstream's communications function globally and is focused on maintaining, monitoring and enhancing the company's reputation across all jurisdictions. A core part of his role is the strategic positioning of the Mainstream brand across five continents. Prior to Airtricity, Emmet held a number of marketing positions in the telecommunications sector in Ireland and France and was Brand Marketing Manager for telephony and internet products at BT Ireland. He is a graduate of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.

Erik Knive

Erik Knive joined Aker Horizons in March 2021, prior to joining AKH Erik was 15 years in the global power industry serving amongst other positions as EVP Asia, EVP Latin America, COO and Group CEO of global renewable champion SN Power AS. Prior to joining the power industry Erik, served 10 years in the international telecommunications industry, serving as Director Telematics Division in Teleplan and later Managing Director Asia and Vice President of Global Business development for Norconsult Telematics. Erik also served 3 years as Group CEO of Green Resources AS the pan African afforestation and forestry products group. He is educated in the USA at Florida Air Academy, University of New Orleans and Harvard Business School and is a certified pilot.

Euan Donaldson

Euan joined Mainstream as Head of Offshore Legal in January 2022. As a member of the Leadership Team he is first point of contact to provide legal and commercial advice on offshore investments, M&A, private equity, fundraisings and structuring at project and corporate level. His main focus has been to support bid and project teams globally. Euan has experience in the construction & engineering and oil & gas sectors in legal leadership roles. He has a law degree from Strathclyde University and is an accredited Mediator.

Eugene Marais

Eugene heads up the development function for Africa. He manages the project portfolio and is responsible for the complete project development lifecycle from pre-feasibility to start of construction. Eugene joined Mainstream in 2011 and has worked in project development roles during that time. He has almost 25 years' experience in planning, environmental and project management related roles in the private and public sectors, including 10 years with Mayo County Council in Ireland as Executive Planner. Eugene has a B.Art et Scien. Degree in Town and Regional Planning.

Fabiano Fortes

Fabiano was appointed Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) and Global Project Management and relocated from Chile to Dublin, Ireland in 2019. He is responsible for driving the quality of all project work being undertaken by Mainstream across its global business to deliver its strategic goals and to lead the PMO team in order to be the guardian of corporate methodology, standards and metrics for project management. Fabiano is a Member of the Steering Committees of the Condor and Huemul portfolios in Chile, currently under construction (1.2 GW). Fabiano joined Mainstream Chile in 2018 and managed the construction of two wind farms (300 MW). He has more than 16 years' experience in the energy market, leading complex projects and multicultural teams in South America, Europe and Asia and he has experience in construction and execution of Transmission and Distribution projects with thousands of kilometres of Overhead Transmission Line and electrical substations up to 500KV. In addition, he has over 10 years of experience in the global electricity sector with Siemens, Alstom, GE and Andritz. He has delivered more than 1GW of renewable projects in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Norway, France and Turkey projects. He is a graduate of INATEL (Electrical Engineering in Brazil), master degree in Project Management by USP (Universidade de Sao Paulo in Brazil) and MBA in Business Administration by FGV (Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil), MBA in Project Management by FIA ( Fundação Instituto de Administração in Brazil) and PMP® Certified by PMI®. He was a member of the 2020 PMO Global Awards Judging Committee.

Geir Olav Berg

Geir Olav Berg is responsible for engineering and technology at the Mainstream Renewable Power Offshore Platform. He has over 30 years of experience in the offshore industry including Engineering Manager for Aker Solutions floating wind department. Geir Olav has held several management positions within subsea technology and project management at various Aker Solutions companies. Geir Olav has a passion for the opportunities presented renewables in combination with offshore technology. He holds a MSc in Marine Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) with specialization in Naval Architecture, Cybernetics and Robotics.

Grace Foo

Grace joined Mainstream at the end of 2019 and has 13 years of generalist human resources start-up experience, of which nine years was gained in the renewable energy industry. She is responsible for setting up and managing the core HR operational functions for multiple entities within the Asia pacific region and plays a vital role in supporting the senior management team in developing HR strategies in line with organizational objectives. Prior to joining Mainstream, Grace worked with Vestas and also held positions at Conergy and Juwi. Grace graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore.

Hein Reyneke

Hein assumed the position of General Manager in 2016 and has overall responsibility for Mainstream's operations on the continent of Africa. Since Hein joined Mainstream in 2010, his roles have included project and business development through to construction. Hein trained as a mechanical engineer and built a successful career in delivering complex projects and new business initiatives leading multi-disciplinary teams of professionals. His experience covers rewarding enterprises in the automotive, rail, marine and energy industries. He has been one of the pioneers of the South African renewable energy industry and a board member of the South African Wind Energy Association (SAWEA) from 2014 to 2018.

Jan Ivar Nielsen

Jan Ivar Nielsen has been with Aker Horizons from its inception in July 2020. Prior to this, he spent over 25 years in the Aker Group and its related companies across Norway, the UK, the US, Brazil and Ghana. This includes nine years as CFO in Philly Shipyard and six years as EVP and CFO in Vard Group. Prior to this Jan Ivar worked in the process industry for six years.

Jutta Dissen

Jutta joined Mainstream in April 2023 as Chief Growth Officer being responsible for Strategy, M&A, Commercial and Power Marketing as well as Business Development for all technologies and Power2X. Prior to joining Mainstream, Jutta was global Senior Vice President Global Accounts and Partnerships (M&A) and lead the New Markets Team at RWE Renewables. Jutta has 20+ years' experience in the energy industry, 14 with RWE Renewables. During her tenure with RWE, she developed a strategic approach to Partnering, Capital Rotation, Pipeline enhancement and to Market Entries and successfully executed the strategy with numerous transactions (selldowns of assets in Europe and US, acquisition of projects and companies and winning large Offshore leases in the US and UK) as well as market entries in i.a. Chile, Mexico, Australia, India, Japan and South Korea. Prior to her last role, she led different legal teams within the wider RWE group and worked for international law firms Clifford Chance and White and Case. Jutta studied law in Würzburg, Bochum and Essen and holds an LL.M. from UC Davis and is admitted to the German bar in Düsseldorf and the New York bar.

Kevin Taylor

Having joined Mainstream as Regional Manager for Colombia & Central America at the beginning of 2022, Kevin has been guiding Mainstream's growth in Colombia and Central America in coordination with the Latam SMT. He has more than 25 years of international experience working in Mexico, Panama and the United States. In the previous 20 years of his career, he has been based in Panama, working for companies such as LPG-gas supplier Amazilya (TRENCO/Infragreen), hydroelectric generation provider Bajos de Totuma (BTD/ENESA) and Bahia Las Minas (ENGIE/Ashore Energy/Prisma/Enron) among others. Kevin is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and holds a BA in International Studies/Business Administration from the Southern Oregon University and a Master of International Management from "Thunderbird" - American Graduate School of International Management.

Kieron Kane

Kieron became Head of Business Development as of March 1st, 2023. Kieron joined Mainstream as Head of Commercial Solar in 2017 where, during this period, he spent considerable time in APAC working closely with local colleagues jointly sourcing and assessing co-development opportunities. Kieron moved to PMO in 2019 when he took the role of Head of Central Development with responsibility for Mainstream's Global Development Standard. Kieron has worked in the renewables industry since 2008 and, prior to joining Mainstream, worked in a variety of roles including Business Development for a European EPC and Head of Development for a Tier 1 Module Supplier.

Kristian Røkke - Chairman

Kristian Monsen Røkke has experience from offshore services and shipbuilding in several companies in the Aker group. Prior to assuming his current position as CEO of Aker Horizons AS, Kristian Monsen Røkke served as Chief Investment Officer of Aker ASA.

Lesley O'Connor

In October 2020, Lesley took up the position of Group Insurance Manager working with risk owners across the business to innovate, protect and drive value for Mainstream's assets. Previously, Lesley was seconded to Mainstream Chile as and worked with the team to deliver US$1.2bn in project finance and led insurance for its 1.3 GW ‘Andes Renovables' platform. Following Aker Horizons' acquisition of a majority stake in Mainstream in May 2021 and the subsequent formation of a new Board of Directors, Lesley was appointed to the Board representing the O'Connor family interests. Previously, Lesley also served on the Mainstream Board of Directors from 2015 up to the date of the acquisition. She joined Mainstream as Development Project Manager in January 2012 and rotated through development, business development and commercial functions supporting origination in target markets and mergers and acquisitions. She studied Management Science and Information Systems Studies in Trinity College Dublin and holds an MBA from IE Business School, Madrid.

Lindsay Burgess

Lindsay joined the Mainstream team in October 2018. Her core function is supporting all employees in the South African business to ensure HR best practice. Previously, she consulted to Mainstream as a Recruitment Manager from 2012 to 2018. Lindsay has over 18 years' experience in the recruitment and executive search consulting profession and developed core skills in interviewing, assessments, business consulting, research and project management. She holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Town and a Diploma in Public Relations and Business Communication from Damelin College, Cape Town. Lindsay is currently studying a Social Sciences degree, majoring in Psychology and HR at the South African College of Applied Psychology.

Manuel Tagle

He has extensive experience in the energy industry, particularly in renewables. Prior to joining Mainstream, Manuel was CEO of SunPower and Commercial Manager of Sociedad GNL Mejillones. Manuel has a degree in civil industrial engineering and an MBA from the Universidad de Desarrollo, Chile. He is currently the Treasury Director of ACERA, the Chilean Association of Renewable Energy.

Mariangel Mandiola

Mariangel is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica of Chile, with studies in International Business from the University of London, UK. After twelve years of experience in the energy and mining sector as Regional Legal Manager for LATAM at Vestas, lawyer at AES Andes, Freeport McMoran in Madrid and standing out as part of the 3rd Generation of Women in Energy Chile 2021 of WEC-Chile; she joined Mainstream in March 2022 to lead the Legal area providing important results in actions of modernisation of contracts, review of management and corporate structure, transparency and contribution in policies of greater order, availability of information for shareholders, among others.

Mary Quaney - CEO

Mary was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer in August 2020. She joined Mainstream in 2009 and she held the role of Group Chief Financial Officer since 2017. Mary has graduate and post-graduate qualifications from UCD and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA). She is an advocate and spokesperson on gender diversity and participated was a mentor for the Global Wind Energy Council's (GWEC) Women in Wind programme. Prior to joining Mainstream, Mary held senior-level positions in finance and corporate tax in PricewaterhouseCoopers and Trinity Biotech Plc.

Matthew Simpson

In this role, Matthew leads the commercial function to secure PPA's for wind and solar PV projects, involving tendering, structuring, negotiation, due diligence and ultimately close. Before Mainstream, Matthew worked at Eaglestone Capital Advisory, a project finance advisory boutique. During this period, Matthew advised several power and infrastructure clients on several corporate and project finance transactions across Africa. Previously, he was employed by Macquarie Capital Johannesburg, as part of the infrastructure sector team specialising in financial modelling, transaction and debt and equity procurement advisory. Matthew is a Chartered Accountant, and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Business Science, Finance Honours Degree, together with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town.

Nicole Herbert

Nicole Herbert is Head of HR & Business Facilities for the Americas region and has held this position for over 10 years. Nicole joined Mainstream US in 2008 to hire a team of developers to work on wind energy projects in North America. Prior to joining Mainstream, Nicole worked for four years in the global renewable energy company, Airtricity Inc. and has over 16 years of experience working in the renewable energy sector in Ireland, the United States and Chile. Nicole has a business degree from Portobello College, Dublin.

Patrick Warren - CTO

In June 2021, Patrick was appointed Chief Technical Officer for Mainstream with an immediate focus on digitalisation and identifying and deploying new technology to enable Mainstream to develop, construct and operate renewable projects more efficiently at a lower cost. Having joined Mainstream in 2011, he previously led the procurement, engineering, EAG, construction, operations and development activities centrally within the Mainstream group. Patrick has worked in engineering, procurement and project management roles for 18 years in the energy industry, the majority of which has been spent in renewables. Patrick commenced his career in ESB International before working for six years with Kirby Group Engineering. Patrick holds an first-class honours degree in Electrical Engineering from University College Dublin. Patrick is a member of the Institute of Engineers Ireland and the Institute of Engineering and Technology in the UK.

Paul Corrigan

Paul was appointed to the role of Group Chief Financial Officer in August 2020. He joined Mainstream in 2008 and has been a part of Mainstream's management team and a director of a number of Mainstream group companies since 2014. Previously, he led Mainstream's corporate finance division responsible for managing company strategy and the funding of Mainstream's global activities principally through raising equity and debt amounts at the holding company and project company levels working with large international financial institutions and smaller retail or High Net Worth investors in Ireland and the UK. Paul has executed multiple transactions with a value of c. 2.0bn, in project finance, mezzanine finance, trade finance, corporate debt, M&A etc across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining Mainstream, he worked in IBI Corporate Finance and KPMG, qualifying as an Associate of both the Irish Taxation Institute and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds a Master's degree in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics.

Phoebe Lauvstad

Randal Barker - Chief Legal Officer

Randal Barker joined Mainstream in Singapore as Head of Legal, APAC in March 2023. He is responsible for Legal, Compliance and Governance across the region, and is a member of the APAC Senior Team. Randal has lived and worked internationally in Vancouver, Tokyo, London and Perth (Australia). Previous senior roles were at Lightsource BP, where he was General Counsel, and BHP where he also held General Counsel roles in different business units. Earlier in his career, he worked in private practice with international law firms Hogan Lovells and Norton Rose Fulbright as an M&A and IPO lawyer. Working on the energy transition and action on climate change are increasingly important to Randal as a Quaker and from growing up in rural Canada. Randal is a graduate of Harvard University and the McGill University Faculty of Law, and he completed the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD. He is admitted to practice law in the USA, Canada, the UK and Australia.

Sebastian Bringsværd

Sebastian Bringsværd heads up the Norway region in Mainstream and is responsible for developing the Norwegian market, including our two bids for floating offshore wind at Utsira Nord and bottom-fixed offshore wind at Sørlige Nordsjø II. Previously, Mr. Bringsværd worked at Equinor, where he was a member of the senior management team and where he built up the New Energy Division over the course of six years. In his previous position, he was responsible for establishing and heading up the floating wind unit which covered commercialization, deployment, and industrialization of floating wind in existing and new markets. He has held many leadership roles throughout his career and joined Aker Offshore Wind in November 2022. Mr. Bringsværd holds an MBA from Lancaster University, UK, and a law degree from the University of Oslo, Norway.

Sebastián Ugarte - CFO

Sebastián Ugarte was promoted to the role of Chief Financial Officer, Latam in June 2021. He joined Mainstream at the end of March 2021 to take on the role of Head of M&A and Investments for Mainstream Renewable Power Latam. Sebastián has 10 years of experience in the finance sector and previously held the roles of Business Manager in Grupo Security and Investment Manager and Head of Project Finance in Mainstream between 2015 and 2018. Sebastián has a degree in agricultural engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica as well as Masters in Agricultural Business Administration and Finance from the Pontificia Universidad Católica and ESE Business School respectively.

Simon Counsell

Titania Stefanus Zincke

Titania assumed the responsibility of General Manager of Mainstream Asset Management South Africa (MAMSA) in June 2021. Titania is responsible for leading MAMSA in successfully operating 610MW of wind farm projects and implementing Economic Development according to the requirements of the project Boards and the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy. Since Titania joined Mainstream in April 2019, she led the Economic Development and Socio-Economic Development function for South Africa. Titania's 27 years' experience includes operations management, community and governmental stakeholder engagement, transformation, enterprise development, supplier development, socio economic development, sustainability, GRI, SRI, Carbon Disclosure Project, UNGC company reporting, implementation of human rights principles, project management, process and chemical plant engineering, marketing relations, product quality, health, safety and environmental management, risk management, human resource management and industrial relations. She holds a MTech degree in Business Administration and a BTech degree in Chemical Engineering. She is a member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa.

Tove Røskaft

Tove was appointed Head of Offshore Wind in 2022 and holds responsibility for the Offshore Wind center of excellence including development, projects, partnerships and technology. Her appointment follows the integration of Aker Offshore Wind where she held the role of Chief Operating Officer. Tove joined Aker Offshore Wind in 2021 and has extensive global leadership experience. Her previous leadership experience at Aker includes roles such as Executive Vice President, Country Manager, Chief Communication Officer as well as leading large transformation projects in Aker Solutions. In addition, she has held several other leadership roles within project management, manufacturing, and engineering. Through her over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, Ms. Røskaft has demonstrated the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high performance and results. Ms. Røskaft holds a M.Sc. in Marine Hydrodynamics from NTNU, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Øyvind Eriksen

Mr. Eriksen has held several board positions in different industries, including shipping, finance, asset management, offshore drilling, fisheries, media, trade and industry. As CEO Mr. Eriksen is currently chairman of the board in Aker BP ASA, Cognite AS, Aker Capital AS, Aker Holding AS, Aker Horizons, Aker Property Group AS, C4IR Ocean, and REV Ocean AS.
