As a mom I found it harder and harder to order cakes that did not only look great but tasted fantastic and I had to do something about it. I am beyond passionate about cake baking and decorating and I am proud to say that I bake the old fashion way. Only the freshest ingredients are used and all my cakes are baked from scratch. I do not use pre-mix or box mix in my cakes. Every cake and cupcake is baked on order only, i do not use frozen pre-baked cakes.
