Carmen Sturchio is a Medical Receptionist. She has been in the medical field for over 31 years. She worked in Medical Records at St. Vincent's Hospital in Connecticut for 15 years. After moving to Florida in 2004, she worked in Medical Records at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce for two years. Since then she has worked as a Medical Receptionist in doctors' offices. Carmen has been at Mark J. Pamer, DO, LLC since 2016.

Claudia joined the team with over 30 years of combined experience in Physical Therapy under her belt. She speaks fluent Spanish and holds a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy in Colombia, South America and her Associates of Science in Respiratory Care from IRSC. Claudia's goal is to instruct, motivate, and assist patients in combating respiratory issues. It is very important for her that her patients feel comfortable and confident in the medical office setting. Claudia is originally from Bogota, Colombia and has lived in Florida for the past 22 years. In her free time she likes cycling and outdoor sports with her husband. Her daughter Carolina works in finance, and her son Daniel practices architecture. Both live and work in New York City.
Claudia Powell, RN, is a Registered Nurse who specializes in oncology and IV therapy nursing. She joined Mark J. Pamer, DO, LLC in May 2022. Claudia obtained her nursing degree from Reading Hospital School of Nursing in 2010. She is planning to further her education at Indian River State College. She has experience in PACU, GI, home health, geriatrics, oncology, and infusion therapy. Claudia is originally from Pennsylvania. She moved to Florida in 2018. Kaitlin Radler, RRT is a Registered Respiratory Therapist, and has worked for Mark J. Pamer, DO, LLC since October 2018. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Connecticut in 2005, and an Associate Degree in Respiratory Care from Indian River State College in 2014. She has worked professionally in the field of Respiratory Care since 2014. She obtained much of her clinical work experience from Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach, Florida. Kaitlin also holds her Professional Florida Teacher Certification and incorporates her past teaching experiences into our exceptional Pulmonary and Cardiac Rehabilitation Programs. She is passionate about delivering the highest quality care, exercise training, and educational instruction for Pulmonary and Cardiac Rehabilitation participants.
Kaitlin is originally from Manchester, Connecticut, and has lived in St. Lucie County since 2008. She has two daughters and is happily married. In her spare time, Kaitlin enjoys being with her family and partaking in outdoor activities.
Kiana LeBeau is a medical assistant who began working for Mark J. Pamer, DO, LLC in January of 2021. She graduated with her Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology with a focus in Biotechnology from Indian River State College in 2020. She completed her Associate in Arts degree in Pre-Medicine in 2018, before she graduated high school. She is currently working toward fulfilling her dream of becoming a doctor. Kiana was born and raised in St. Lucie County. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dog, and engaging in retail therapy.
Rebecca L. Gould is the Director/Owner of MedSpeech Inc, Medical Speech-Language Pathologists
Rebecca L. Gould, MSC, CCC-SLP, BRS-S is the Director/Owner of MedSpeech Inc, Medical Speech-Language Pathologists of the Palm Beaches. She has over 30 years of Medical Speech Language Pathology experience, directing and developing programs in every aspect of SLP service delivery. Her experience includes Director of a Speech Clinic in Fort Walton Beach from 1981-1989, Supervisor of Speech Services at St. Mary's Hospital from 1990-1995, and Vice-president of Continuing Education for FLASHA 1991-1993 and charter board certified swallowing specialist 2005-present. Rebecca is also actively involved with the American Speech Language & Hearing Association, and voice and swallowing special interest groups. Her specialties include speech language pathology, airway disorders, neurogenic disorders, videostroboscopy, fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing, dysphagia, voice disorders, dysarthria, language disorders, cognition, aphasia, and laryngectomy.

Sarah Pamer is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist with over 19 years of experience.
Sarah Pamer, RRT, RPFT is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist with over 19 years of experience. She graduated from Indian River State College in 2001 with her Associate of Science degree in Respiratory Care. She then obtained specialized training and passed both her Certification and Registration exams in pulmonary function testing. Sarah worked at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce, Florida for 16 years. She worked as a staff respiratory therapist covering all areas of the hospital, then as a Cardiopulmonary staff supervisor and Blood Gas and Pulmonary Function Lab supervisor. She was also involved in maintaining hospital wide safety and quality standards. Sarah first joined Mark J. Pamer, DO, LLC in 2011 to open the diagnostics lab and start the Pulmonary Rehabilitation program. She resumed her hospital work at Lawnwood for another five years, then returned to the practice in 2017 to work alongside her husband.
Sarah is originally from Michigan. She moved to Stuart, Florida in 1997. She is a dedicated mother and step-mother of six children, three boys and three girls, ranging in ages that span 25 years. She enjoys nature, family game nights, and reading.

Thuy ("Twee") LeBeau, RMA is a Registered Medical Assistant and Certified Nursing Assistant. She joined Mark J. Pamer, DO, LLC in 2018. She has worked in several types of medical practices for over 27 years. She started out as a medical receptionist and cross-trained into medical assisting. She continued her education and obtained her Certified Nursing Assistant and Registered Medical Assistant certifications in 2009.
