She is responsible for reconciling common area maintenance expenses for multi-tenant properties and handling contributions and distributions for commercial clients. Working closely with property managers, Abby provides monthly financial reporting, property tax administration, and a variety of additional accounting services.

Alex focuses on logistics services for real estate clients.
Alex joined NAI Earle Furman in January of 2022 after spending nearly three years with NAI Columbia. A graduate of USC's Darla Moore School of Business, Alex performed general brokerage in Columbia where he gained experience through a variety of transactions including Office and Industrial Sales and Leasing, Value-Add investment deals, and Multi-Family site selection. With NAI Earle Furman, Alex will be working alongside Shareholder's Hunter Garrett and John Staunton in the Industrial Division. Alex's main focus will be generating acquisition opportunities for new and existing clients, as well as assisting in the leasing and disposition of industrial properties and speculative development projects throughout the state.
Prior to joining NAI Earle Furman, Anderson worked at TD SYNNEX for several years in their business development division. A native of Greenville, SC, Anderson is a member of the Huff Creek Team, the timber and recreational land division of NAI Earle Furman, and assists clients with all facets of rural acreage acquisitions and dispositions, including recreational land, timber, farming operations, and development. He loves hunting and being outdoors.
Andrew focuses on the office, retail, and land sectors of the Greater Spartanburg market.
Before joining NAI Earle Furman in June of 2019, Anna was a Sales Executive in the Information Technology industry for over a decade. In that role, she focused on relationship management while leveraging opportunities for greater revenue among new and existing customers across all vertical platforms. She specializes in value-add commercial properties with an emphasis on large retail centers, multifamily developments, and investor relations.

After working as an independent contractor on several accounting projects for the firm, Anne permanently joined NAI Earle Furman in February of 2017. Anne focuses on billing, payables and receivables, as well as various other accounting services for the property management division.

Ashley is the supporting staff for Huff Creek Properties, the timber and land division of NAI Earle Furman. She provides administrative support to associates specializing in land tracts ranging from home sites to large recreational tracts and farms.
Austin's scope of responsibilities at NAI Earle Furman include the assistance in managing a portfolio of properties including retail, industrial and office properties. Building favorable, trusting relationships with owners and tenants. Owner reporting, tenant customer service, overseeing tenant up fit projects and property management compliance.
Sims joined NAI Earle Furman in 2007 and has been a vital member of the firm delivering superior results for his clients in the retail and investment sectors.

Brent currently manages approximately one million square feet of office, retail and industrial space. In addition to his portfolio responsibilities, Brent oversees a team of property managers, assistant property managers, and administrative staff. He spearheads business development for property management and leads the team in setting and obtaining specific business goals for the department. Brent and his colleague Brent Illingworth are responsible for the department's strategic planning and general operations.
Brett has over 20 years accounting experience and is a Certified Public Accountant. Brett has worked for Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, Insignia and AIMCO, as an assistant controller. For the last 10 years, Brett worked part-time at John Knox Presbyterian Church as the Financial Assistant allowing her to be home with the kids.

A Spartanburg native, Brian has been a licensed broker for over thirty years. His extensive real estate background encompasses property management, leasing, and construction management. Brian is experienced in site selection and franchise development across the southeast, providing acquisition analysis and market research to restaurant chains. Additionally, he is a franchisee of several Firehouse Subs in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia, as well as three StayMobile locations in the state. Brian leverages his local knowledge and community involvement to assist clients in a wide array of commercial real estate transactions.

Brian joined NAI Earle Furman in 2015. Brian has more than 12 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Also, he is experienced in coordinating move-in and move-out repair needs, ballast and bulb replacement, and toilet and faucet repairs.
Bryan is a South Carolina native, having attended The Darla Moore School of Business at The University of South Carolina. While in school, he was a 3-year Varsity Letterman under both Lou Holtz and Steve Spurrier. Bryan and his family are active members of Westminster Presbyterian Church, as well as Vice-Chair of Friends of the Charleston Center, a nonprofit working to improve and support lives affected by addiction. Bryan resides in Charleston with his wife, Anna, and daughter, Penelope.

Bryant specializes in providing third-party project management solutions on all development projects. He utilizes strong communication, delegation, and organizational skills that are essential for the success of any project. Bryant will work directly with owners, contractors, and architects to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of projects.
Cal has over 25 years of experience in Commercial Property Management and is responsible for managing the newly acquired Landmark Building along with other downtown commercial properties. Cal received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from University of South Carolina.

Candy works directly with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Development Officer, and she is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Greenville office. Additionally, she maintains broker licensure records, coordinates firm-wide charitable efforts, and serves as the liaison for the firm's upstate and North Carolina locations. Candy provides research, analysis, and marketing support for the CDO's incentive packages while helming special projects for the CEO and Broker-in-Charge.
Caroline works with the property management division as an accountant. Working closely with property managers, Caroline provides monthly financial reporting, property tax administration, and a variety of additional accounting services.
Catherine joined NAI Earle Furman in 2022 as a Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, she advances the objectives of Appian Investments via financial analysis of prospective development and acquisition opportunities and the performance of existing assets. Catherine's responsibilities include preparing and presenting information for investors and stakeholders, as well as supporting the day-to-day and long-term portfolio needs to maximize outcomes and plan for future growth.
Chandler was born and raised in Greenville, S.C. A graduate of Clemson University, Chandler joined NAIEF in 2017 and has led the company with most transactions per year since 2019. He was awarded top-producing broker in the NAIEF Spartanburg office in 2020. In three years, his team has closed on over $155 million in sales volume, which includes over 1,500 residential units and 4,500 acres of land in the Upstate. Through his specialization in large, single-family portfolios, Chandler has built an extensive network of buyers and seasoned investors across the globe.

Charlie was raised in Greenville, SC, and various areas of Florida. His father was a real estate agent with C. Dan Joyner for years and this fostered an interest in the industry at an early age. Following his freshman year at Wofford College, Charlie completed his studies at Florida State University earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Licensed in 2001, Charlie began his real estate career with local upstart Open House Realty where he served as both a residential agent and as Broker in Charge (BIC). Charlie joined the NAI Earle Furman/Huff Creek Properties team to help grow the land division while guiding Upstate landowners through the process of selling their properties and maximizing their profits.
Chris is a Greenville, S.C. native and graduate of Clemson University. Prior to joining NAIEF, learned the ins and outs of the real estate industry as a member of a regional valuation firm. In this role, Chris provided valuation and consulting services on a variety of projects throughout the southeast. Chris's professional career also includes vast experience in the fields of planning, zoning, and land use issues.
Chris has previously served on the City of Greer Planning Commission, Greenville County Planning Commission, the YMCA Judson Community Center Board, and as the Co-Chair for the American Heart Association's Heart Ball in Greenville.
In 2020, Chris was elected to serve on Greenville County Council. He currently serves on the Public Safety and Human Services Committee and is the Vice Chairman of the Committee on Planning and Development.

Katelin joined the property management division as an accountant in December of 2018. Katherine is a member of the Franchise Real Estate Services division that provides outsourced real estate services to Franchisors and their Franchisees and helps clients source locations, execute leases, prepare for openings, and expertly navigate the real estate process. Since 2016, the Franchise Real Estate Services division has completed transactions in 30 different states and Canada and works with a variety of clients such as ARCpoint Labs, Urban Nirvana, and 9Round.

As Director of Investment Management, Matt's focus is primarily on acquisition underwriting, asset management, and investor relations. He joined NAIEF in 2015 to start the Investment Management Division, an investment advisory and management group which provides solutions to investors seeking direct real estate investment. Matt has overseen and directed the raise of $17.5 million of private capital through the company's proprietary investment funds, Appian Investments I, LLC and Appian investments II, LLC while ensuring proper execution of asset-level business plans for the Funds' portfolio properties.
Matt is responsible for the execution of the Division's strategic initiatives. In this role, he develops and manages key relationships with operating and development partners as well as investors and capital providers while overseeing the evaluation and recommendation of investment deals to the Funds' Investment Committee. Through Appian I and II Matt and the Investment Management team have led or participated in over $200 million worth of acquisition and development projects in South Carolina, Georgia and Texas, and over $50 million of dispositions.
