Our staff includes performance consultants, instructional designers, industry-experienced facilitators and program administrators.​ Because NWI is a subsidiary of Learning Designs, Inc., it is certified as a woman-owned business by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and meets the criteria for certification established by the Authorized Provider Commission of the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
