We specialize in two distinct areas of residential projects - unique private sector developments based on client specifications; and public sector projects including a new standard of healthy social housing. We also provide accessible housing on an ‘as needed' basis... Our ability to be involved at an early stage of the process is our difference. We have a thorough knowledge of local government processes and consenting stages. This, together with acquiring the right land and pairing an appropriate design, is the key to our successful client relationships... At present we are building in Auckland, Hamilton, and the Bay of Plenty, with plans to expand our services throughout much of New Zealand.
