Kathy Burns

Kathy Burns joined Greater Lynn Senior Services (GLSS) in March of 2020. Prior to working for GLSS, Kathy spent most of her career as a leader in and consultant to PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for Elders) programs throughout the country. Prior to this work Kathy helped Commonwealth Care Alliance bring the first SCO program to the north shore of Boston. Kathy started her career in geriatric services in 1998 at Beverly Hospital where she was the Director of Geriatric Services for their continuum of elder care services.

Lisa Orgettas

Lisa Orgettas has over 25 years of experience as an accomplished human services management leader and has developed and implemented several quality not-for-profit human service programs. Currently Ms. Orgettas is the Executive Director of the Disability Resource Center. Disability Resource Center is a cross-disability organization providing service to any person, regardless of age, who identifies as having a disability. Previous to this, Lisa was the Director of Community Services at North Shore Elder Services and was the Executive Director of Spectrum Adult Day Health programs.

Scott Trenti

Scott Trenti is a licensed Social Worker and has worked in human services over the past 40 years. For the past twenty-three years, Mr. Trenti has worked in Elder Services as a Protective Services Caseworker and Protective Services Program Director at SeniorCare, Director of Client Services at Minuteman Senior Services, and most recently as the Director of Home Care at SeniorCare. Since 2013, Scott has served as the Chief Executive Officer of SeniorCare.
