No-Borders.eu project was created to satisfy a need for enhancing the quality of cross-border cooperation, which has been developing for more than 25 years and forms the basis of the cohesion policy of the European Union... The aim of cross-border cooperation, international cooperation and inter-regional cooperation, is mutual learning and creation of new sustainable forms of cooperation that will assist to ensure that we are jointly able to withstand the problems and challenges of our time.
