Alicia joined One Law Group, S.C. in 2023. After High School, she graduated from Blue Sky School of Massage with certifications in multiple Neuromuscular Therapies working primarily with physical therapy patients. In December 2007, she made a career change to the legal field and joined a general practice firm in Shawano assisting in everything from Municipal, Family, Criminal, Wills, Power of Attorneys, and Real Estate law. Alicia and her family made a move to the Green Bay area, and she has been working as Attorney Pless' paralegal handling civil defense matters since 2014. Alicia completed the Paralegal Training Program through the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and is also a State Bar of Wisconsin Certified Paralegal.
Outside of the office, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, attending her son's sporting events, and hitting up the gym.
Bonnie joined One Law Group, S.C. in 2016. She attended St. Norbert College completing the American Institute for Paralegal Studies and assists Attorney John P. D'Angelo in the areas of family law, criminal and traffic. She has been in the paralegal field over 20 years. Bonnie is a State Bar of Wisconsin Certified Paralegal.
Christine joined One Law Group, S.C. as a Paralegal in 1997. She is a graduate of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College - Paralegal Program with an Associate Degree. She is a State Bar of Wisconsin Certified Paralegal. Christine has worked as a paralegal to Attorney Bartels since 1995 and assists him in the following areas of law: real estate, business/corporate, estate planning and probate.
Christine lives in Howard with her husband, son and daughter and enjoys spending time with her family.
Cindy joined One Law Group, S.C. in 1999. She has an Associate Degree from the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and is a State Bar of Wisconsin Certified Paralegal. Cindy assists multiple attorneys in many areas of law.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, reading, movies, and spending time with friends and family.
Emily join ed One Law Group, S.C. in August of 2022. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with a double minor in Sociology of Law and Family Sciences, from The University of Minnesota. Emily is the first friendly face you see when you enter our Green Bay office, and can assist you with many of your administrative needs, including notarizing, payments, and more.
She lives in the Green Bay area and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking & hiking with her dog, Moose.
Erik J. Pless has been an active trial attorney in Northeast Wisconsin since 1993. He has served as lead counsel in more than 80 trials to verdict, almost exclusively in the defense of insurers and insureds in a wide variety of personal injury, property damage, bad faith, product liability, professionally liability and insurance coverage litigation. Erik has also argued dozens of cases in the appellate courts including several in the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Outside of the office Erik enjoys adventure travel, backpacking, mountain biking and triathlon, having completed 5 Ironman distance triathlons.

John joined One Law Group, S.C. in October of 2004 after graduating with honors from Creighton University School of Law. He moved to the Green Bay area with his wife and began a legal career with One Law Group, S.C. John's focus is in the Criminal Defense and Family Law practice areas. Since 2004 he has successfully defended clients in all aspects of criminal law, from simple traffic violations to Operating While Intoxicated. John also has achieved reaching "not guilty" verdicts in multiple jury trials dealing with complex criminal misdemeanor and felony crimes. In the summer of 2010, John had the unique opportunity to argue before the Federal 7th Circuit Court of Appeals defending his client against allegations of tax fraud.

Julie brings over 25 years of accounting and management experience to One Law Group, S.C. Julie joined the firm in 2000. In her role as office administrator, Julie is responsible for the ongoing administration of the office, overseeing human resources, facilities management, financial and operational activities, information technology and marketing. She also assists the Executive Committee and managing shareholders with special projects. Julie is an accomplished professional administrator, with considerable management experience in business and service organizations.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys reading and traveling.
Mark has been a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals in Northeast Wisconsin for over 29 years. He understands how to approach the goals and challenges of businesses and individuals with innovative solutions that overcome those challenges and meet those goals in a cost-effective manner. In addition to his full-time legal practice, Mark serves as President of One Law Group, S.C. As President of the firm, Mark focuses on setting the strategic direction of the organization, building consensus among its owners, and initiating the changes necessary to insure the long-term success and prosperity of the law firm. Mark has also had ownership interests in commercial real estate projects. These practical experiences uniquely position Mark to understand the challenges facing his business clients and allow him to expertly assist in attaining their operation and financial goals.

Robyn joined One Law Group, S.C. as Assistant Office Administrator in 2005. Robyn's past experience as an office manager, human resource administrator and customer service representative gives her a great base to help you with your needs. She can assist with billing questions, account receivable, accounts payable, marketing, advertising, the website and event coordination.
Robyn lives in Hobart with her husband and has two grown sons. In her spare time she enjoys boating, spending time with family and friends, and watching the Badgers and the Packers.
Valerie joined One Law Group, S.C. as a paralegal in 2004. She is a graduate from Pulaski High School and received an associate degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 1999. She is a State Bar of Wisconsin Certified Paralegal. Valerie lives in Little Suamico with her husband, Steve, and two children, Landon and Diem. She enjoys time with the family, gardening and shopping! She also enjoys attending her children's sporting events and trail riding with the entire family.
