Outlook Construction is a second generation family owned new home construction business. We take great pride in building high quality, affordable homes. Over our family's 60+ year home building history, we have built hundreds and hundreds of homes for Northeastern Pennsylvania families. Chuck Skowronski, a former New York City Architect, began building homes in and around Lake Wallenpaupack in the early 1980's specializing in energy efficient construction practices.
