Aimee Krausz , MD, FACMS is a fellowship-trained Mohs Micrographic and Reconstructive Surgeon and a Board-Certified Dermatologist who specializes in the comprehensive treatment of skin cancer. As a skin cancer expert, she ensures the complete removal of your skin cancer and focuses on aesthetic and elegant reconstruction.
Dr. Krausz graduated as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She completed her internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and her dermatology residency at Albert Einstein, where she served as chief resident. She then completed a rigorous fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, Cutaneous Oncology and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. She loves teaching medical students and residents and is actively involved in research focused on advancing the field of dermatologic oncology.
Dr. Krausz has published numerous articles in national and international peer-reviewed medical journals and lectures nationally on dermatologic surgery and cutaneous oncology. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American College of Mohs Surgery, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society for Laser, Medicine and Surgery.
She lives in Merion with her husband and three children and is excited to serve the Main Line community!
Bao Bao is a seasoned aesthetician with solid foundations in skin anatomy and diseases, as well as rejuvenation of the body, mind, and spirit.
Before joining Ringpfeil Advanced Dermatology, Bao provided aesthetic services at top medical spas on the Mainline and in the Philadelphia area. She graduated the Jean Madeline Aveda Institute from where she also got her certification.
Bao's expertises include laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, body sculpting, chemical peels, facials, and microdermabrasion. With her extensive knowledge of medical aesthetics and focus on safety, she develops effective skin care regimens for all skin types and colors.
Char L. Rayford is a trusted Licensed Medical Aesthetician with over 11 years of experience in facial rejuvenation and advanced aesthetic treatments. She specializes in acne treatments, corrective chemical peels, laser hair removal, and scar treatments for all skin types and ethnicities. Char is dedicated to a comprehensive approach to address the overall health and well-being of the skin.
She enjoys staying up to date on the latest and innovative skincare products through continued education. Guiding her patients to achieve healthy skin is what drives her. In her free time, Char enjoys traveling, beach days, and trendy restaurants.

Dr. Dorfman is a board-certified dermatologist who practices general dermatology, surgical dermatology and cosmetic dermatology. She has authored multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and presented at both regional and national meetings. Dr. Dorfman completed her dermatology residency at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where she served as chief resident in her final year.
Dr. Dorfman grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina before attending Pennsylvania State University for her undergraduate studies. She then attended medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she was elected to the Sigma Sigma Phi medical honor society.
Outside of dermatology, she enjoys running, cooking, painting and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Dr. Mohammed Dany is a Dermatology physician scientist and a senior Dermatology resident at the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his internal medicine preliminary year at Harvard medical school, at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, before moving to Philadelphia to pursue his training in Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania.
Throughout his academic career, Dr. Dany has authored numerous publications in high impact peer-reviewed journals and has presented at many regional/national/ and international meetings. He is a current member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Women's Dermatologic Society, and the Philadelphia Dermatological Society.
Dr. Dany grew up in Lebanon, and went for college at the American University of Beirut where he graduated as valedictorian. Following that, he completed a PhD in cancer biology as well as medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society and graduated as valedictorian.
Outside of dermatology, Dr. Dany enjoys reading history fiction novels, playing tennis, being outdoors, traveling, photography, and mastering coffee brewing techniques.
Erin Cavanaugh is an experienced, certified medical aesthetician with extensive training from both The Beauty Institute of Ambler and the Institute of Laser Medicine, as well as a bachelor's degree in education from West Chester University. She has been specializing in a wide range of laser modalities in the treatment of medical and cosmetic conditions.
Her passion in life is helping others to feel their very best, both inside and out. Erin's strongest loves are skincare and wellness and she will work hand and hand with you towards your skincare goals.
Kate Powers is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology. She was born and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Biological Studies and Health Professions from the Pennsylvania State University. Katie continued her education at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA where she received her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She is a current member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants, the Pennsylvania Dermatology Physician Assistants Society, and the Dermatological Society of New Jersey. Additionally, she is a SDPA Diplomate Fellowship Candidate.
Kyra Braun a board certified dermatology Physician Assistant who practices general and cosmetic dermatology with a special interest in hair loss. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Health Policy and Management, as well as a Bachelors of Arts in Biology from Providence College. She then graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.
After graduation, Kyra completed a 12-month fellowship with Brown Dermatology in Providence, RI. Her fellowship year focused on many specialties within dermatology, including hair loss, dermatology/rheumatology, cutaneous lymphoma, bullous disorders, Mohs surgery, and prevention and management of non-melanoma and melanoma skin malignancies. Additionally, she completed the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistant Diplomate Fellowship.
Following her fellowship year, she was a PA with Brown Dermatology until she recently relocated to Philadelphia. She is thrilled to be back in her home state and near her family in Hershey, PA. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time exploring the city with her fiancé and golden retriever, Sawyer.

Dr. Milchak is a board-certified dermatologist who practices general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She completed her dermatology residency at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA., where she served as chief resident in her final year. Dr. Milchak specializes in complex medical dermatology, dermatologic conditions in skin of color, and surgical/cosmetic dermatology.
Throughout her academic career, Dr. Milchak has authored multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at regional/national meetings. She is a current member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Women's Dermatologic Society, and the Philadelphia Dermatological Society. Volunteerism has always been important to Dr. Milchak, as evidenced by her involvement in the American Academy of Dermatology's Camp Discovery.
Dr. Milchak grew up outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She completed her undergraduate studies at Washington & Jefferson College where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in chemistry and minor in mathematics. She then attended medical school at Penn State College of Medicine, where she was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society and was awarded the Ruth S. Wolfe Memorial Scholarship.
Outside of dermatology, Dr. Milchak enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family and fiancé. Her favorite hobby is running- she proudly completed the Richmond Marathon and hopes to train for another. Dr. Milchak is excited to serve patients in her home state of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Amir is a board-certified dermatologist who practices general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She was born in Philadelphia and grew up in Linwood, New Jersey. Dr. Amir attended Barnard College of Columbia University in New York City, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in neuroscience and behavior. She then remained in New York to attend medical school at Mount Sinai Hospital.
During medical school, Dr. Amir participated in a dedicated year of dermatology research, where she helped run clinical trials for new medications for psoriasis and atopic dermatitis and authored several publications. After medical school, she completed her dermatology residency training at Mount Sinai, and was chief resident in her final year. Her interests in dermatology include general medical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and skin cancer detection and prevention. Dr. Amir is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD).
In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
