PROACTIVE COACHING

Proactive Coaching has worked with business leaders for over 10 years, successfully providing outplacement support to hundreds of individuals, including senior directors, MD's and CEO's at a variety of commercial organisations from companies such as AstraZeneca, Barclays, Co-operative Group, Gazprom and Shell, to smaller SME's. We have also worked with Higher Education, Not for Profit organisations, Local Government, NHS and Emergency Services clients. We have a network of associates to provide outplacement support for multiple employees if required. All coaches have a coaching qualification and have coached for a minimum of 5 years... The founder and driving force behind Proactive Talent is Tracy Shuff. She really enjoys working with individuals and teams, helping them make the most of their talents, whether at the highest level of management or starting out on their leadership journey.
