Eli is an experienced RV technician and has been with Ricky's RV Repair since 2022.
Ricky's youngest daughter, Hannah, has joined the family business in 2021 to grow her knowledge and experience in the RV industry. With a background in retail management, merchandising leadership, and exceptional customer service, Hannah is ready to use these skills to better serve our customers. She is outdoor driven and enjoys traveling, camping, snowboarding, and spending quality time with her family.
A 40-year veteran of the RV industry, Jeff started working in his family's business in 1978 and joined Ricky's RV in 2014. In addition to vocational training in RV mechanics, Jeff has received factory training from Dometic, Winegard, Holiday Rambler and many others. His favorite parts of his job are helping people every day and solving a variety of problems. In his free time, Jeff enjoys going camping, antiquing, visiting theme parks, and watching Hot Rod racing.
Jeff started with our team in 2020. Jeff has experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance. He has skills in welding and fabrication and metal work. He is a great addition to our team and we look forward to seeing his success as an RV technician.
Lather started with us in 2021 with over 40 years of experience in Accounting and Finance. He has a broad and diverse background in Financial Operational Controls within Fortune 500, Midsize, and Small Entity structures. He has an MBA in Finance, is semi-retired, and absolutely loves Financial Management, especially within small to mid-sized business operations. Lather also enjoys family times, fellowshipping, Bible studies, traveling both domestically and internationally, and exploring the great outdoors.
Mark joined us in 2021. He has many years of experience in maintenance and repair, considering HVAC to be his specialty. He enjoys working hands on after troubleshooting, as he works through different challenges that campers might involve. He enjoys his time here at Ricky's as he continues to grow his knowledge and experience in the industry. Mark has a strong passion for woodworking and enjoys traveling in his free time.
Mitzi is a Sevier County native and she joined our team in 2020. While growing up here in Sevier County, she has been blessed to have been able to attend many Customer Service Seminars and has obtained many awards throughout the years and strives to bring exceptional customer service. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being a church pianist and singer, and hiking and camping in our beautiful Smoky Mountains.
Regina is an RVDA-Certified Warranty Administrator, and became the first warranty administrator in the country to be inducted into the Society of RVDA Certified Professionals. She began working in the RV industry in 2005 after 3 years of experience in automotive parts, and joined Ricky's RV in 2015. Regina enjoys resolving warranty issues quickly while minimizing the customer's burden. In her free time, she loves to read and go antiquing.
Born and raised in southern Mississippi, Ricky started working with his dad on RV repairs in 1981. He opened Ricky's RV Repair in 2006 and today has more than 35 years of experience in RV repair. Ricky is an RVDA Master Certified Technician, and has done vocational training in A/C and refrigeration repair as well as factory training from Dometic, Norcold, Monaco, and many others. He likes to spend his free time exploring the scenic Great Smoky Mountains with his family and playing with his beautiful grandchildren.
Tim Johnson joined us in October of 2021. He has picked up the nickname TJ as he started with Ricky's RV Repair. He has grown his knowledge and skills over time as he has over 35 years of parts experience within the RV industry. He enjoys sharing his knowledge of parts with customers who come in our store to see him or ask questions. He pays close attention to detail to ensure each customer has an exceptional experience in our store. TJ spends time with his two mini schnauzers, music and electronics, and enjoys everything motorsports.
Tim got his start working in the family business during high school, then went on to serve in the Air Force as a Refueling Tanker Vehicle Maintenance Technician. After leaving the service, he came home to work as a machinist in the family business, where he remained for the next 20 years. Tim joined Ricky's RV in 2009 as a mobile service technician, and now focuses on creating the best possible customer experience as a service advisor. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, boating, and traveling.
