Dato' Karim is a Non-Independent Director. He is a member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia since 1994, a registered member of the Board of Engineers, Malaysia, since 1996 and a member of the Asean Federation of Engineering Organisation since 2002.
25 years of experience in Steam turbine equipment, Business Development and Condition assessment, Developing Engineering Solutions and Execution of R & M activities for steam turbines.
Experience of over 28 years in areas of Trouble shooting, Repairs and Reconditioning of STG packages Up-grading of Governing systems from Hydro - mechanical to Electronic systems. Erection and Commissioning of STG packages up to 300MW Worked with DLF Skoda and Turbomachinery Engineering Industries.

Mr. K. M. Rama Krishna is a Mechanical engineer with 20 years of experience in Overhauls, Troubleshooting, Erection and Commissioning of turbo machinery. He has thorough technical knowledge on functioning of various turbo-machines and resolved many site problems.
15 years of experience in Thermal Design and Development of Steam Turbine upto 60MW using latest state of art tools & technology (AutoCAD, Ansys CFX, RBTS) in-line to international standards. Development of blade and nozzle profiles through CFD Analysis. Proposal engineering, evaluate thermal performance and provide efficiency improvement solutions for steam turbine.
Mr. Y. V. V. Naga Shanker is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has 21 years of experience in the field of turbo machinery.
