Claudia Storm Grzywacz has served on the Board of Storm Industries since 2006. In addition to chairing the Board's Real Estate Committee, she is also a member of the Audit Committee. Ms. Grzywacz actively worked at the company for 28 years prior to joining the Board and was involved in all aspects of the business, including serving as President in the 1990's. A graduate of USC's Marshall Business School, she has extensive experience in Real Estate development, manufacturing/distribution, accounting, and finance.

Doug Gfeller has served as a Director of Storm Industries since 2004 and is presently a member of the Real Estate Committee and Chairman of the Compensation Committee of the Board. His broad areas of expertise include real estate, management development, and coaching. He founded and was CEO of Gfeller Development Company, a residential builder. Since 1994 he has been focused on creating advisory boards and coaching of CEOs and their management teams. He also serves currently on the boards of L & S Construction and The DANGELO Company. Mr. Gfeller is a Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation.
Elizabeth Storm McGovern manages a private real estate and investment portfolio and has served on the Board of Directors of Storm Industries since 2012. She is a member of the Real Estate Committee of the Board. Elizabeth attended USC and was a working actress for many years. She has extensive experience in management of real estate properties, as well as extensive experience in ranch management. She is currently the leader of the Storm family's Key Shareholder Council. Ms. McGovern also serves as a Trustee of Casa del Herrero and as a member of Friends of Heritage Preservation.

Mr. Whitaker is the Managing Partner of Cummins & White, LLP. He brings over 29 years of experience acting as General Counsel for privately held enterprises and has been General Counsel for Storm Industries since 2010. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with Honors and received his JD from Loyola Marymount University, Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. In addition to Mr. Whitaker's Board involvement, Cummins & White advises the Board of Directors, CEO, and senior management on a host of issues from corporate governance, risk management, litigation, and personnel issues to contracts, real estate, finance, acquisitions, and tax planning.
With twenty years of executive experience in multiple sectors of real estate acquisition, entitlement, development, leasing, disposition and financial services fields, Mr. Ahluwalia has led Storm Properties since 2010. In addition to his leadership of the company's Real Estate business, Mr. Ahluwalia has previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Storm Industries. He was instrumental in the creation of the Storm Investment Fund and acts as an Advisor to the boards of several of its holdings. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology -Delhi, a master's degree of Science in Robotics from UCI, and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Mr. Corbin joined the company in 2017 after spending over thirteen years in public accounting specializing in tax compliance and tax planning services for closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. His wide range of experience from working at a top 50 CPA firm allowed him to work on complex tax issues for both domestic and international clients across various industries such as manufacturing, hospitality, and real estate. Jon is responsible for all aspects of corporate tax and accounting while also managing accounting and finance for Storm Properties.

With over 30 years of experience leading Human Resources for various industries in both public and privately held companies, Karen Beisch is responsible for developing, leading, and executing Human Resources strategy for the Storm family of companies. She advises the Board's Compensation Committee on all aspects of the company's human resources policies and serves as the contact for one of the company's investments in the Storm Investment Fund. Karen is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where she received a bachelor's degree with focus on Economics, and a graduate of Michigan State University where she received her Executive MBA.
Thomas Konrad Grzywacz has served as CEO of Storm Industries twice, from 2008-2012 and from 2015 to the present. In addition to his day-to-day role as CEO he has also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2015. Mr. Grzywacz has extensive experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and management systems, and was a partner at a real estate development firm for seven years prior to joining Storm Industries in 2008. He holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
