Hi I'm Ange and I graduated from AUT with a dual degree as an Oral Health Therapist in 2010.
I am very happy to be joining the Team Dental Team. I have been a practicing dentist since 1984.
Graduating and working in South Africa before moving to New Zealand in 1994. I have thoroughly enjoyed delivering general dental care in my Katikati community for the last 14 years. I look forward to maintaining dental wellbeing for my long standing clients as well as meeting the dental needs of the many new Katikati residents. I provide all general dental services, including pain relief by doing root canal treatments or extractions, tooth restorations, to crowns and complicated aesthetic veneer cases, with great results.
I was born and bred in Queenstown, I graduated from Otago University in 2017 with a Bachelors of Dental Surgery and made the move to Tauranga where I began my working career as a dentist.

I'm very excited to be joining the team at Team Dental Tauranga after graduating from The University of Otago last year, where I completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery with Distinction.
Having trained at both the Dunedin and South Auckland Campuses, I've had the privilege to work alongside patients from a variety of backgrounds. I'm really excited to bring this experience here as I get to know the people in this community. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, going down to the beach and keeping fit at the gym. My goal is to care for the community to ensure everyone has the opportunity to have excellent oral health.

She aims to help patients achieve a healthy oral environment through education, prevention and patient based treatment.
Originally from the States, she really enjoys living in Canterbury with all of the nature it has to offer. Her non dental interests include walks with her dog, Chuppy, and adventures with her husband and their 3 year old daughter.
Elizabeth Leary is very much a local in the Bay of Plenty. Beth has been practising general dentistry in Tauranga since her graduation from the University of Otago in 1985.
Beth enjoys helping people of all ages to achieve and maintain good dental health and strives to ensure all her patients feel welcome and comfortable. She brings with her a wealth of experience and is committed to ensuring her patients have a positive dental experience.

I was born and raised in Auckland, I completed my first four years of Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Dunedin, before spending my final year of clinical training back in Auckland. Brylee grew up visiting and exploring the Bay of Plenty, so it has always been a dream for her to call it home. After completing her studies at the University of Otago in 2022, she found herself working in Auckland. She has now decided it is time to take the leap and relocate to Tauranga in 2024.
I graduated from the University of Otago in 2019 and worked mainly in Central Otago since. After living in the South Island all of my life I'm excited to be moving to the Bay of Plenty and soaking in the sunshine!

Dr Mike Simon graduated from Otago University in 1981, he spent 15 years running a very busy dental practice in Lower Hutt offering general dental services with a special interest in safe mercury filling removal. In 2007 he joined Lumino, and in 2013 he and his wife Katy relocated to sunny Papamoa. Dr Mike is a keen sailor and skier, he and Katy have 4 adult children and a griffin dog called Enzo. Gordon graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2012 and immigrated to New Zealand in 2016.
He enjoys open, personal and honest relationships with his clients, and provides patient-centred dental treatment. He understands dental appointments are notorious for being unpleasant experiences and aims to change that.
Gordon provides a full scope of dental practice from restorative fillings through to prosthetics.

After working for Team Dental as a Practice Manager at our 2nd Ave branch for over 4 years, he cleared his NZDREX in 2021. Along with strong leadership and people skills, Jaskirat is also a man of wit and Humour. He is sure to crack you up while fixing your cracked tooth!

Originally I am from Christchurch (born & bred). I initially completed a Science Degree at Auckland University.
Following this I did two years as a Research Scientist with the National Heart Foundation and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Pharmacology at Auckland Medical school. I graduated from Otago Dental School and spent my first year as a House Surgeon at the Auckland Hospital service and subsequently four years in Accident and Emergency Dentistry -so I know how to get people out of pain. I have 19 years of General Dentistry experience and maintained my continuing education courses which have kept me up to date with the advances in Dentistry. These courses confirmed what was taught in Otago in that ideal dentistry is based on accurate exam and x-rays to determine proper treatment needs to minimise repetitive dentistry. To this end I see a lot of baby boomers with heavily restored wall to wall amalgams. I like to transform these teeth from black blobs to restorations that look like teeth.

Apart from a few years away travelling in my younger days I have lived all my life in Christchurch. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, walking, biking and camping. I live near the Beach and spend many happy hours there.
I qualified as a dentist in Brazil in 2002. After qualifying I worked in Brazil in private practices, community centers and at a dental department of a Psychiatric Hospital; this gave me a great understanding of different patient's needs and priorities.

I was one of the first to take part in The General Professional training scheme in Scotland. As part of this I had a position in general practice as well as a Senior House Officer post in Glasgow Dental Hospital and School. Since then I have worked in both private practice and public funded before moving to NZ in 2009. I have been working as a dentist in Rotorua since 2011. I am delighted to be joining the team at Team Dental Rotorua. I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry and the satisfaction of returning confidence to a patients smile with sometimes the most simple procedure. I attend courses regularly to continue training and to keep up to date with the latest techniques and developments.

Hi, I am Mary. I recently joined Team Dental Whangārei, having worked in medical management for over 20 years.
I graduated from University of Otago in 2012 and have been working in private practices in the South and North island ever since.
I also did a short stint as a clinical tutor in University of Otago. In 2016, I decided to do 2 years of full-time study in Diploma of Biblical Studies in Hamilton. My general interest in dentistry lies in aesthetics dentistry, surgical extraction, crowns & bridge work, and endodontics. I am very pleased to be joining the Team here at Team Dental Riccarton and look forward to seeing new patients as well as existing. Outside of dentistry, I enjoy exploring cafes as well as burning the calories off through walking the many breath-taking trails in New Zealand.
Michele Sutin is an American trained hygienist and received her degree in Dental Hygiene from Middlesex College in 2002. During her career she has worked in many different settings including private practice, public health, and hospitals.
Michele enjoys educating patients. Her goal is to provide comprehensive treatment. She finds it rewarding to make a difference in her patients oral health.

I have been working in the dental industry since early 2011, starting off as receptionist and In 2012 I completed my dental assisting certificate.
I have been working in the dental industry for 6 years and was excited to take up a management role at Team Dental Rotorua in 2021.
I am passionate about offering a personable experience for our patients and making sure their dental journey starts off smoothly as soon as they walk through the door.
Outside of work I like to spend my free time reading, patting as many dogs as possible and exploring all the nature filled activities our beautiful town has to offer.

Her passion in dentistry motivated her to qualify as both a dental technician and a dentist. She has published research in international journals about the oral health of our older people in New Zealand. In 2016 I moved to New Zealand and worked with Team Dental as a Dental Assistant. In 2018 I moved to Dunedin to further my career in dentistry. Meanwhile, I passed my dental licensing exam in Melbourne (2018). I completed a Master's course, endorsed in Aesthetic dentistry from the University of Otago.

I was born in Wales, dentistry is in the family, I have two older brothers who are both Dentists.
I graduated in Wales in 1986 and have been very fortunate to have been able to work in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
My dental experience has mostly been in general dentistry. I enjoy crown and bridge work and have a special interest in oral surgery. I'm passionate about providing caring down to earth treatments. I understand that having dental treatment can be a challenging experience for many and I like to ensure my patients feel relaxed, informed and cared for.
I am a Brazilian Qualified Dentist and have a background in dentistry in Brazil.
Since moving to New Zealand I have worked in management positions. I gain a lot of satisfaction from being able to use my clinical experience in my role as Practice Manager. Like most of Brazilians I like to play football in my free time, but also enjoy outdoor activities, going camping, tracking and tramping in the beautiful New Zealand outdoors as much as I can.
