ALEXIS LOGAN - COO

With over 10 years in the industry, Alexis Logan fills a key role at Texhoma as Director of Operations and Land Management. She has supervised the processing of 8000+ oil and gas titles covering Marcellus shale assets totaling 1M+ acres. Alexis directs the workflow and communication of nearly 50 landmen among the Title Opinion, Survey/Permitting, Curative, and Well Management departments. Alexis earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law in Washington D.C. and is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. She is currently an active member of American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Social Media Chair & Board Appointee for Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen (FWAPL), and Oil, Gas, and Energy Resources Law Section and Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. Alexis is also an alumna of the Dallas Mayor's Star Council, 2013-2014 Class. Alexis enjoys hot yoga, running, and grocery shopping in stores with great music. She also loves wander-lusting by creating hypothetical trip itineraries when she can't actively travel the world.

Amber Gailey - EVP

Texhoma's Executive Vice President, Amber Gailey, has been with the company for over 15 years. She graduated in 2004 with her Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a minor in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington. Her areas of expertise include meeting strenuous deadlines for due diligence projects, communicating on behalf of Texhoma as the client liaison, and building both professional and personal relationships with individuals in the industry. Amber is an active member of American Association of Professional Landman (AAPL), Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen (FWAPL), and Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landman (OCAPL). When Amber is not working, you can find her surrounded by family and friends and watching college football. She is also an Assistant Coach for her daughter's soccer team, as well as a competitor in the Texas Cornhole League.

BRITTANY VAUGHAN

As Vice President of Acquisitions, Brittany Vaughan has over 15 years of due diligence experience. She has been involved in many facets of the industry including acquisitions, trades, mergers, and leasing. Brittany's professional experience includes allocating values and asserting defects on acreage, reviewing final work products, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Her professional accomplishments consist of leading over 300 acquisitions/trades and auditing over 1 million acres. Brittany is a Registered Petroleum Landman, a member of American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Women's Energy Network (WEN), and Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen (FWAPL) and has completed the Professional Land Management Program at Texas Christian University.

Courtney Evans

Courtney Evans is the Director of Curative. She guides a team of specialists in preparing and obtaining instruments needed to close gaps in title and get mineral owners into pay. With over 10 years in the industry, Courtney's team has assisted clients in sending 1,100 wells to revenue, while reaching a substantial goal of eliminating all interest payments. She also plays a vital role in handling all of the Division Order and drilling curative needs in over 7,500 Title Opinions. In addition to her curative expertise, Courtney completed the Curative Course through the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. Outside of the office, Courtney's favorite thing to do is spend time with her family. She especially loves traveling, as well as boating and camping at the lake.

Dallas Hannah

Dallas Hannah is the Vice President of Field Operations and the Crew Chief for Texhoma's West Virginia Operations. He has been with Texhoma Land Consultants since 2007 when he began his career as an imager, and has since worked his way into a field landman position and varying leadership roles. Dallas' strong management skills, tenacity for advancement in title research, and penchant for providing detailed curative information and building strong relationships leads to achieving the goals and objectives of our clients. In addition to his education by experience, Dallas holds a Petroleum Land Management (PLM) Certificate, which he obtained in 2013. Outside of the office, Dallas is quite the outdoorsman. He is an avid traveler, overlander, and enjoys camping and hiking with his wife and two sons.

Dave Adkins - President

Dave Adkins, President of Texhoma Land Consultants, has been in and around the oil and gas industry for most of his adult life. While pursuing his marketing degree at the University of Oklahoma, Dave worked several summers laying gas pipelines in Oklahoma and East Texas. After graduating in 1976, Dave accepted a position with IBM in Oklahoma City, helping Halliburton integrate technology into the development and implementation of trucks and offshore platforms. In addition, he partnered with many other Exploration and Production companies as technology became essential to their success. While at IBM, Dave was President of the IBM Club, heading charity efforts with the United Way and Habitat for Humanity. After 33 years in his previous career field, Dave joined Texhoma in 2010, working to establish a major gas holding in West Virginia's Marcellus Shale formation. The extensive industry understanding developed at IBM while advising oil and gas companies was of utmost importance to his success with Texhoma. Dave's leasing, title, and leadership efforts helped mineral owners become educated and comfortable with the business of gas production. His accomplishments in West Virginia prompted Texhoma to install him as president of the company in 2017. Dave is a member of American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen (FWAPL), Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen (OCAPL), and Southern Oklahoma Association of Petroleum Landmen (SOAPL). His free time is spent with family, attending his grandkids' events, boating, fishing, and playing golf.

David Vaughn - CEO

David Vaughn is the Chief Executive Officer of Texhoma Land Consultants and co-founded the company in 1991. A native of Ardmore, Oklahoma, David studied Business and Oil and Gas Law at The University of Oklahoma. He began his tenure in the oil and gas industry in 1979 by running title and buying leases for several brokers in Oklahoma before the implementation of his own business venture. Upon launching the brokerage and developing holdings for clients, David was tasked with creating a significant footprint in the Barnett Shale in which he developed a team of over 75 Land Managers who put over 200,000 acres into revenue. Due to his commitment to ethical business practices and ensuring that the client always comes first, Texhoma has evolved into a team of over 300 Land Managers and has supported transactions totaling over 1.7 million acres in various plays across the country. In David's free time he enjoys boating with his wife in Florida, spending time with their two grandchildren, and watching football. David is also an avid classic car enthusiast, a fan of classic rock, and an active member of his church.

Jason Parker

Jason Parker is the Director of Geographical Information Systems(GIS). He oversees large data projects, assists clients with development strategies, and provides a real-time depiction of their current position in relation to their competitors. With over 8 years in the oil and gas industry, Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration - Petroleum Land Management from Western State College, now Western Colorado University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University. He is an active member of American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL). Jason's extreme love for sports prompted him to become the commissioner of a youth basketball league with over 1,800 annual participants. He also coaches baseball and basketball and organizes youth extracurricular activities throughout his local community and church. Jason enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife and their three children.

KENNETH VAUGHN

With a combination of excellent analytical, accounting/finance, and management skills, Kenneth Vaughn takes on the title of Senior Land Consultant at Texhoma. Kenneth earned his degree in Energy Management in 2009 from Price Business College of Oklahoma University. While earning his degree, he worked with Texhoma to gain 4 years of valuable, hands-on field experience. Upon graduation, Kenneth signed on as a Landman with Antero Resources in 2010. His experience at Antero equipped him with in-house skills such as negotiating acquisitions/trades with industry associates, managing broker partnerships, working with geology to determine well locations, and drafting lease agreements to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. After eight years of professional achievement and networking in the corporate world, Kenneth formed his own mineral acquisition company. As a landman, he uses his savvy negotiation and research skills, attention to detail, and work ethic in order to continually attain success in the oil and gas field.

SCOTT NEDBALEK

As Director of Data Management at Texhoma Land Consultants, Scott has been with the company since 2003. With over 17 years in the oil and gas industry, his areas of expertise include working with clients to understand their operational data needs, tracking and reporting their leases and acquisitions, providing the client with fully processed lease packages, and providing them with ad hoc reports as needed. These services provide value to the client by helping to ensure the proper execution of projects throughout the duration of the project life cycle. Prior to joining the company, he earned his Bachelors of Science in Education from the University of Oklahoma and a CPA certificate from the State of Oklahoma. Scott worked as an auditor for KPMG, and then was subsequently engaged by a major metropolitan hospital in Oklahoma City, where he was the Controller and Interim Vice President of Finance. In Scott's free time, he enjoys playing golf and traveling with friends and family.
