Andrew is the Director of Programs at the Melbourne Entrepreneurial Centre, overseeing the MAP and TRAM programs and working with our program teams to create meaningful experiences and connections for our community. He's constantly iterating and innovating, practicing what we preach to make improvements and find ways around problems. Andrew is also a startup founder and a faculty member at the Wade Institute for Entrepreneurship, facilitating the UpSchool program.
Andrew graduated from the University of Melbourne with an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering before returning to complete a Master of Entrepreneurship at the Wade Institute. It was over a drink that Andrew met his fellow co-founders and made his debut in research entrepreneurship with ReCubit, developing a robotic device that enables stroke survivors the world over to have access to affordable upper limb rehabilitation.
Andrew has previous experience in events and marketing with companies such as Nike and Red Bull. Outside of work, he's an avid gardener, gin enthusiast, Rotaract volunteer and New York Jets tragic.
Dr Luke Campbell is the CTO and a co-founder of nura. In a past life he was a trainee ENT surgeon currently completing a PhD in the field of objective hearing tests and cochlear implants. Luke loves ears and everything about them and spends most of his time trying to understand them better. He is passionate about getting the latest developments in science into devices the can help people and pushing the technological envelope to help people get the most out of their sense of sound.

Gemma is the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the Entrepreneurial Centre, working across MAP and its sister program, TRAM. She is passionate about the startup space and loves to see founders progress and succeed.
She has experience with two small startups of her own, plus communications and marketing experience across many organisations within the commercial and non-for-profit sectors such as Swinburne University, Grill'd and Court Network. A zealous writer, Gemma specialises in storytelling and is excited to share the individuality of our startups with new audiences.
Often found with almond lattes or Guzman Y Gomez, she is part way through her MBA and spends her spare time learning keyboard and travelling to new parts of the world.

Hannah is the Marketing and Events Coordinator for the Melbourne Entrepreneurial Centre, working across MAP and its sister program, TRAM. Coming from an advertising agency background, Hannah is no stranger to working on various projects at the same time and loves taking on new challenges.
Specialising in digital marketing, Hannah is looking forward to using her skills to enhance the profile of MAP and champion our next generation of startups. Having worked in marketing for a financial services app startup as well as at The University of Otago in human resources, Hannah brings a collaborative approach to balancing the higher education systems with innovative flexibility.
As a Kiwi and newbie to Melbourne, outside of work you will find Hannah going on adventures with her flatmates, trying out local gyms and sitting on the fence while she decides which Australian Rules Football team she should side with...
Jaxon is the MAP Accelerator Manager.
He is a 2019 alumni of the program and has spent time working in startups and technology across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
He has also been involved in designing, developing and delivering programs for Western Sydney Uni, the Wade Institute, The University of Melbourne, Innovate Ed and the LaunchVic CivVic Labs Program.
In his spare time Jaxon has been known to step onto the footy field, head out for a surf and being outdoors.

Katrina is the MAP Velocity Program Manager for the Melbourne Entrepreneurial Centre. She brings a background and unique experience edge to the program, focusing on building networks and community; reach and impact; and human centred design. Her track record in leading and managing educational programs, sits alongside establishing her own business and brand, developed a strong career of over a decade in the creative industries, and worked within and mentoring start-ups.
After completing formal education in fashion design at Queensland University of Technology, she ran her own custom-made lingerie label and freelance business before working more broadly, in Design and Production, across the Australian fashion and creative industries.
With specialisation in performance wear, supply chain logistics and sourcing, and commercialisation.In 2020, Katrina graduated with a Master of Entrepreneurship at the University of Melbourne, as Valedictorian. After being immersed in the start-up and purpose-driven business sector through the degree, a spark was ignited that drove her to explore creativity and how business can be a force for good. Recognising the need to share that knowledge and expertise with aspiring fashion and creative professionals, she made the transition to academia, joining Collarts in 2021 where she was the Fashion Program Coordinator.
Outside of work, Katrina is a keen illustrator and artist, try-hard cook, and a bit of a gym/fitness junkie with more enthusiasm than skill.
Marina is a firm believer in the untapped power of communities. She has experience in building community through various events, including Pitch X Night competitions for aspiring entrepreneurs, and managing programs that bring the community together to help its members grow and achieve their goals in a safe and supportive environment.
Marina has lived in Europe and travelled around the world, spending a lot of time with people from different cultures and backgrounds and learning the value of exchanging ideas and experiences with each other. Her acquired love of 'togetherness' is the driving force behind her ability to build, engage and manage communities, whether for business or social.

Rory has spent most of his professional life in innovation and entrepreneurship, working with startups, corporates, universities, and small businesses to develop new products and services and embrace new ways of thinking.
He has a long MAP-adjacent history, first through working with Omny Studio which came through MAP's inaugural cohort in 2012, and then as part of the University's Carlton Connect Initiative, establishing the Melbourne Connect Precinct and hosting MAP at LAB-14.
As a business consultant and advisor, Rory has helped startups and small businesses in Australia and the UK identify and improve their product-market fit, build and refine their business plans, and secure private and grant funding to bring their innovations to market.
From time to time he also makes use of his formal education: a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science & Philosophy) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne, and a Certificate of General Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
