Established in 2015, The Craft & Co is an award-winning distillery & brewery based in Victoria and operating across two locations. Our Collingwood venue has been designed to encourage culinary exploration and immersion, whether it be pairing cheese to our beer & spirits or attending our famous gin markets, the experience is distinctive.
