TREESERVE - Key Persons
Alex has worked within the tree industry for over 13 years and has undertaken a number of roles from field work to Operations Manager before advancing into Safety. Alex uses his knowledge of the industry to deliver a specific and practical approach to safety, while mentoring and coaching at all levels. Alex has a passion for safety and is willing to think outside of the box when it comes to new approaches to engage workers. Alex holds all safety qualifications and certificates needed to undertake day to day operations, this ensures Alex is kept up to date with staff training as well as industry best practice.
Dave established, owned and operated Advanced Arbor Service, a large, successful Tree Company servicing government clients across NSW in both reactive tree maintenance and powerline vegetation management prior to its acquisition by TreeServe in 2012. In 2022 Dave returned to TreeServe to pursue his passion; vegetation management and is currently the Company's Chief Operating Officer. Dave brings a wealth of skill and experience to this position from his years of successful business, contract and operations management.
David has over 30 years industry experience and has delivered or overseen all roles within the organization. David has accounting training and has participated in many leadership and mentoring programs including long term membership of The Executive Connection (TEC). David has a passion for outstanding customer service, innovation, people engagement and business growth. David is a director of auxiliary companies including GreenServe, Betta Burn Firewood, ElecServe and is also responsible for the direction and continued investment in the groups proprietary IT workflow management platform, DataServe.

Kevin has over 20 years experience in the electrical utility industry, including maintenance and construction projects, and vegetation management program strategy and delivery. Kevin has successfully developed contracts and tender submissions for all facets of these works, inclusive of end-to-end development and management strategies across NSW and Victoria. A proactive member of industry and peer groups in these areas of expertise, as well as maintaining a company level focus on the Safe, Sustainable and Quality delivery of all works.

Matthew Stephens has been involved within the Reactive Tree Industry since 2004 working in both Local Government and Commercial Business. Matthew joined TreeServe as a Client Manager in 2014, was appointed Operations Manager of our Reactive division in 2016 and is now Senior Operations Manager overseeing Reactive and Block Work contracts across NSW and VIC.

Nick is a qualified and experienced arborist and machine operator since 1997. He is responsible for significant changes to Powerline models and is constantly reviewing and modifying these approaches to provide the most productive, efficient, and safe outcomes within the market today.

Rob's passion for arboriculture is underpinned by a sound working knowledge and understanding of tree work gained during 8 years of field work including significant advanced climbing experience across all sectors of the industry. Rob's journey at TreeServe commenced in 2007. His knowledge, experience and commitment has been integral to the continued successful growth of the business. Rob currently oversees the delivery of numerous Reactive Contracts throughout NSW / Victoria and is responsible for ensuring all aspects of clients' expectations and contract commitments are met.

Scott has over three decades of studying Australian native vegetation. Scott has developed, managed, and taught a range of conservation/risk-based programs throughout Australia. Specializing in NSW environmental legislation and risk-based modelling, Scott has co- authored a range of documents and has been a technical reviewer for the industry safety standards (NSW) including bushfire risk mitigation.

Tim has built a career within the Arboriculture Industry since 2005 with experience in all aspects of vegetation management, in both residential and commercial businesses. He holds a Certificate V in Arboriculture, joining TreeServe as a Team Leader in 2012 and was later appointed Operations Manager of the Central Coast & Upper Hunter regions, working with clients such as Sydney Trains, Ausgrid and numerous Local Councils. Tim is now our Senior Operations Manager, overseeing our Essential Energy and reactive contracts across NSW.
