Bryan Vescio - President

Bryan Vescio is the President of VAM Group and is responsible for overall firm management and providing investment advisory services to clients. Since joining the financial services industry in 2011, Bryan has completed the Series 7 and 66 (includes 63 and 65) security registrations and is an Investment Adviser Representative. He also holds a license for Life and Health Insurance. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University of Ohio. He majored in Marketing. Bryan lives in the Pittsburgh North Hills area. He enjoys playing competitive basketball and is an avid golfer.

Michael Dudkowski - Chief Investment Officer

Mike Dudkowski is Chief Investment Officer at VAM Group and is responsible for investment strategy and portfolio management. Mike's background includes significant experience at leading investment consulting firms where he provided advice along with discretionary portfolio management services to clients. Over his career of more than 25 years, he has worked with individual investors, corporate and public pension plans, endowments, foundations, family investment offices, healthcare organizations, and insurance companies. Mike earned his B.S. degrees in Industrial Management and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He is licensed through the FINRA Series 65 Exam which qualifies an investment professional to function as an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR). Mike serves as a board member and investment committee chairman for Achieva Family Trust, a non-profit entity which supports individuals with disabilities through special needs trusts.

Virginia McNatt

Virginia graduated from Grove City College with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and started her career in the financial industry. After taking a leave of absence to raise her two daughters, she returned to the industry in 2021. She provides support to both our staff and clients. When she is not at work, Virginia is active with her church and loves cuddling with her cat.
