Charlie Graham

Charlie has lived in South Wiltshire since 1994, and apart from passionate spells in the Theatre and Fine Art worlds, he has spent most of his working life in Property, concentrating on sales, lettings and acquisitions in the middle and upper markets. Trusted for years by many clients, Charlie established Rural View as an Estate Agency in 2008 to provide an individually tailored service with a personal touch. He is very much part of the local community and lives near Tisbury with his wife, Alex and their three children. When he is able to get away from the office he enjoys an active family life, seeking solitude on a trout steam and, when the muse takes him, treading the amateur boards.

Charlie Stone

Having grown up in Wiltshire and Somerset, Charlie knows the area intimately and has been matching people to prime property for 25 years. He studied Rural Land Management at Reading University and then worked for two seasons as a sporting agent. Following this Charlie spent 20 years with Savills based in their Country House Department in London, progressing to a Director and Head of Country Houses in Wiltshire from 2010. Charlie joined Rural View in December 2019 to drive forward their country house sales business. He is well known as an approachable first rate deal maker and for giving sound practical advice to his clients. He lives in the Nadder Valley with his family where they enjoy making the most of the exceptional countryside on the doorstep.

Lizzie Ball

Lizzie has lived in North Dorset for over 25 years gaining great insight into what the area offers. With 15 years at Savills, initially in their Salisbury office and more recently in Wimborne she has built up a huge amount of experience handling a wide range of property deals in Wiltshire, Dorset & Somerset. Her caring can-do attitude shines through.

Mark Matthews

Mark grew up in North Dorset and went to the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. His first job was as a land agent in Hampshire before spending a year travelling around the World. On his return he moved into the residential property sector, initially in London before returning to his home patch with his family in 1999. After working in Salisbury & Shaftesbury with a national firm, Mark teamed up with Charlie Graham in 2012 and has now racked up over 32 years in estate agency establishing a reputation for his integrity, professionalism and friendly approach whilst achieving successful conclusions for his clients. His many interests include country walks, cycling, playing village cricket & badminton and following the Cherries.
