Adaptation Community is a platform supporting global climate change adaptation efforts. Launched in 2013, it serves as a knowledge hub for practitioners, experts and policymakers from around the world. At its core, the platform addresses the complex challenges associated with climate change by providing practical, innovative solutions across key sectors, including agriculture, water, health, biodiversity and transport. These solutions build on the work of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) within the framework of German Development Cooperation, and have been developed in collaboration with implementing partners.
