Ira Vasgaard has been building in Missoula since 2005. He moved here after gaining his bachelors degree in math at the university of North Carolina Asheville. While attending in UNCA he worked as a carpenter and has been building since the young age of ten. He began apprenticing under his father as they worked to renovate their family home through his high school years. Ira's passion is solving complex problems, and memorizing a custom home from start to finish. He is a true jack of all trades and a master of finalizing home building projects for homeowners. In his free time you'll find Ira exploring with his gorgeous wife Tara and their beautiful new baby.
Jesse Nation Ames put on his tool bags at age 8. The son of a builder, Jesse moved west to ski the Rockies when he was 18. His 16 years in Missoula have been occupied by working in furniture, cabinetry, and frame to finish carpentry, with a short break for college. Jesse is a trim and finish specialist with an eye for style and detail. In his free time Jesse skis, rafts, fishes and hunts with varying degrees of success. Really he's best at making sawdust. From modern to mission style, curved staircases to paneled fireplaces. In his spare time you'll find Jesse exploring the mountains and rivers of Western Montana with his wife Rachel and two dogs Lafawnduh and Tucker.
