Helene's client-focused coaching practice evolved from expertise gained during a 20-year career in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition to her role as a corporate executive, she was instrumental in developing a 1-1 mentoring initiative that expanded into an organization-wide program. Additionally, as Chair of the Mentoring Committee she piloted a successful group mentoring initiative that reached all levels of the organization. Helene also worked with college graduates while serving as a preceptor for the Rutgers University Pharmacy Fellowship, and as the leader of a career development program designed to teach recent graduates various commercial aspects of the pharma industry...
