David Meech

David Meech is an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner and has a wealth of experience in Musculoskeletal Medicine. David provides expert assessment, diagnosis and treatment of complex musculoskeletal conditions, as well as the rehabilitation of patients who have undergone orthopaedic surgery. David frequently sees patients who are seeking advice, guidance and second opinions for their musculoskeletal symptoms. David works very closely with GP and Consultant Colleagues to provide the very best care options for his patients, his philosophy ensuring that his patients are at the centre of the decision processes. Alongside his part-time MSK clinic work, David is also full-time Team Lead (clinical) for the First Contact Practitioner (Physiotherapy) services with Derbyshire Dales Central PCN for the White House Clinic. With this, David's forte lies in clinical problem solving, diagnosis and plan of management, and he is passionate about the clinical development of his team and providing excellent over-and-above care and management to his patients. David is highly motivated to bring his experience and physiotherapy skills into the growing team of expert practitioners at the White House Clinic.

Edward Gibson-Smith

Edward is a registered sports and exercise nutritionist (SENr) with prior experience in professional football and private healthcare. He currently provides a consultancy service at the White House Clinic for individuals concerned with health, weight management and exercise performance, and more specifically for climbers through the Sheffield Climbing Clinic. Edward is also a doctoral researcher at the Centre for Sport and Human Performance, Sheffield Hallam University. He completed his undergraduate degree in BSc Sport and Exercise Science in 2013 and specialised in sport nutrition through the International Olympic Committee post-graduate programme. His PhD project titled ‘Nutritional considerations for climbing' aims to provide fundamental nutritional guidelines for the sport to promote optimal health and performance. Specific interests include the current nutritional status and weight management strategies of climbers, from the recreational to the elite.

Irralee is an Australian Chartered Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience. Irralee comes from a background of dance and has always engaged in sport and exercise. Charlotte qualified with a first class BSc (hons) in Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University in 2016, originally from Lincolnshire she decided to stay due to her love for the beautiful peak district. Originally from London, Abbie graduated in 2015 from Sheffield Hallam University with a First Class BSc (Hons) Degree in Physiotherapy. During this time, Abbie fell in love with Sheffield and running in the peak district and couldn't move away. After graduating, Abbie spent the next 5 years in the NHS rotating through various departments, working in all areas ranging from Respiratory to Neurological Physiotherapy, but she found her passion in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She worked in the NHS MSK service gaining invaluable experience of evidence-based practice. She then decided to branch out to private practice and joined the White House Clinic in 2021 to have the freedom to spend more time with individual patients.
