Angelique Meyer

Angelique joined BCA in June 2022 and has been working with children on the Autism Spectrum since 2001.

Catie Eason

Catie joined BCA in October 2017, and has been working with children on the autism spectrum since June 2015 servicing New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick counties.

Cheryl McWilliams

Job Titles:

Cheryl is a speech-language pathologist, wife, and mom who has lived in Wilmington since 2007.

Jennifer Marshburn

Job Titles:
  • Office Manager
Jennifer joined BCA as the Office Manager in October 2016. Prior to working for BCA she was a busy, stay at home mom to her three kids.

Kim Miller-Urban

Kim Miller-Urban, MA, Ed.S., LPA completed her undergraduate training in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Laura Hendricks

Laura joined the BCA team in February 2020, and despite moving back to California, she remains a part of the team providing remote parent training.

Lyndsay Rhodes

Lyndsay moved to Wilmington to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Adapted Curriculum in 2013.

Rachel Lally

Rachel has been working with children with autism and their families for more than 10 years. After receiving her BA in Psychology and Education at Marymount Manhattan College, Rachel taught in both general education and special education classrooms. After her own son was diagnosed with autism in 2005, Rachel co-founded the Lowcountry Autism Foundation, a nonprofit organization established to assist families in receiving free and immediate autism screenings and diagnoses. She then developed and coordinated "Puzzle Partners," a parent support system in LAF designed to create a partnership between families receiving a new diagnosis of autism with more experienced parents who would be able to help them navigate the available local resources for children on the spectrum. Rachel received her MA in Applied Behavior Analysis with a Specialty in Autism at Ball State University and has been providing parent training, school consultation, and intensive in-home ABA supervision and programming for families in New Hanover, Pender, and Onslow Counties since 2014.

Roxanne Toussaint

Roxanne has implemented applied behavior analytic services for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities for the past five years.

Tina Demis Gill

Tina Demis Gill is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who has worked with children and adults with ASD since 1986. Tina Demis Gill, M.A., BCBA, LPC is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked with children and adults with ASD since 1986. She has provided consultative services in the areas of home-based early intervention services as well as residential and day services for those individuals requiring intensive services. For the last 13 years Tina has been providing consultation to schools and privately for children who present with unique needs and behavioral challenges in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and North Carolina.
