Bobby Childers

Immediately prior to joining Bonavic Construction in the summer of 2019, Mr. Childers spent more than 20 years in the communication industry installing, programming and servicing a variety of systems. Before that, he spent time working for various trades within the construction industry. With his vast experience, there is very little he hasn't seen or done firsthand. Bobby is involved with every project at Bonavic and brings unsurpassed knowledge, a commitment to service, thorough communication and attention to detail to every interaction.

Casey Rogers

Casey is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and holds a degree in Construction Management. With more than 10 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction, he has performed various roles including Project Engineer, Field Manager and Superintendent. Prior to joining the team, Casey was the Project Manager for a high-end custom home builder in the Metro Atlanta area where he was responsible for managing multiple home builds from start to finish. Casey's range of experience allows him to evaluate projects, develop accurate budgets, manage trades and keep projects on schedule. Casey lives in Youngstown with his wife and two kids.

Charles Haskett

Mr. Haskett has over a decade of experience in the industry and has been involved in all aspects of multi-family construction and development from the ground up. After graduating from The University of Alabama, he began his professional career as a project engineer for Hathaway Development. Here he built projects in Birmingham and Huntsville, Alabama before joining Doster Construction. At Doster he held positions of assistant project manager, project manager, assistant superintendent, and superintendent, overseeing the construction of multiple luxury apartment communities, an assisted living facility, and two high schools. After Doster, Mr. Haskett re-joined the multifamily development community as Construction Manager for Arlington Properties where he oversaw the pre-construction and construction process for each development, as well as pursued new development opportunities. To date, he has personally overseen the construction and development of over 3,000 apartment units representing over $330 million of costs. Mr. Haskett currently lives with family in Mexico Beach, FL.

David Rose

Justin Riggin

Job Titles:

Justin is an Auburn Alumni and has over 15 years of experience in the construction and development industry. He has held various roles ranging from Superintendent and Project Management with large commercial construction companies to Director of Engineering with an international beverage manufacturer. Most recently, Justin was an operations manager with a large commercial GC in metro Atlanta. Justin has worked on an array of multi-family, high-rise, retail, office, government, heavy industrial, utility, wastewater, and educational/institutional projects. Through his commitment to excellence and a dedication to professionalism, Justin Riggin has continued to exceed industry standards by forming strong professional partnerships based on integrity, ingenuity and reliability.

Kari Smith

Randy Wilder

Job Titles:

Randy is a native of Gulf County. He spent over 20 years in the United States Air Force and retired back to his hometown. Randy has a bachelor's degree in Security Management and has worked in Project Management since retiring from the Air Force in 2011. Randy has been married to his wife Pam for 30 years, and they have two children, Chase and Sophie. In Randy's spare time, he enjoys fishing, boating and spending time with his family, especially his new grandson SJ.

Sam May

Job Titles:

Born and raised in Ocala, Florida, Sam has been in the construction industry for more than 10 years. Sam has experience in commercial, industrial and residential projects with hands on experience in HVAC, electrical, carpentry and plumbing systems. He is well-versed in equipment and supply procurement and has the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing trades and schedules effectively. Sam is a strong team leader and uses his firsthand knowledge with tools and machinery to facilitate exemplary project completion.
