Ansu Mishra

Ansu began his career in public accounting at PwC in their real estate tax practice before moving to Deloitte's real estate assurance group. During this time Ansu advised private equity clients with multi-billion dollar real estate portfolios on various tax affairs and served as auditor to large-cap asset managers. Ansu brings M&A experience from both his transaction services and his technology investment banking roles at boutique firms in New York City. During his time in transaction services, Ansu conducted buy-side diligence on multiple middle-market companies in a variety of sectors, including healthcare and business services. As an investment banker, he was involved in the execution of several transactions within the tech space, at enterprise values up to $100 million. Ansu received his B.S. in Accounting, with honors, from the University of Illinois. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York.

Devin O'Brien

Devin began his career at KPMG in their mergers and acquisitions tax practice where he advised both strategics and private equity firms on buy-side and sell-side due diligence, tax-efficient transaction structuring, tax attribute studies, and financial modeling. Devin's role at KPMG focused on minimizing the cash tax impact of acquisitions & dispositions and helping buyers to identify potential tax exposure in their transactions. Devin advised strategic clients in the healthcare, aerospace, chemicals, and communications industries, as well as private equity firms with assets under management ranging from $250 million to over $500 billion in both domestic and cross-border transactions. Devin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Devin received a B.S. in Accounting, B.S. in Finance, and a Master of Accountancy from The Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. Thomas Graham

World-renowned orthopaedic hand surgeon, health care executive, author, inventor and entrepreneur, Thomas Graham, MD, is Kettering Health's Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer. In this role, Dr. Graham focus is on defining and translating the creative, innovative culture established in the spirit of Kettering Health's namesake, Charles F. Kettering, as well as ensuring Kettering Health continues to deliver advanced, high-quality care to those they serve. Dr. Graham also continues to practice as a leading surgeon for the hand, wrist and elbow. Regarded a pioneer and international thought leader in medical innovation, Dr. Graham served as Cleveland Clinic's first chief innovation officer, as well as vice chair of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Earlier in his distinguished career, he was the chief of the Congressionally-designated National Hand Center in Baltimore, the largest specialty practice of its kind in the world, and held academic appointments at Johns Hopkins. Most recently, Dr. Graham served as the director of Innovation and Strategy for the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and the associate dean for Enterprise Innovation at NYU Langone Health, where he also co-directed NYU Langone SportsHealth. Dr. Graham has extensive clinical expertise in surgery of the hand, wrist and elbow with special concentration on complicated reconstruction after trauma, complex elbow disorders and congenital hand surgery. His practice is recognized as the premier destination for care of the professional athlete's hand and wrist. Dr. Graham has served as the hand surgery consultant, team physician or medical director for numerous professional sports teams in the National Football League, Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association, the National Hockey League, as well as the Professional Golfers' Association and the Ladies Professional Golf Association. A prolific inventor, Dr. Graham has more than 50 patents worldwide, including commonly used joint replacement systems and fracture treatment implants for the upper extremity, and has founded four medical device companies. His journey as an inventor and architect of mission-driven innovation was chronicled in his best-selling book, Innovation the Cleveland Clinic Way. Dr. Graham has published more than 100 scholarly articles on almost every aspect of hand and upper extremity surgery, lectured widely around the world and edited several books on hand surgery and sports medicine. He was featured on ABC's Nightline for his role in the treatment of 9/11 survivors, which was also chronicled in an exhibit at the Smithsonian Institution. He is regularly featured on the Golf Channel, ESPN and other major media and sports networks, and has been the subject of other popular media stories on local and national television. He is annually recognized by his peers in local and national publications identifying the nation's best doctors and Who's Who. After earning his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Williams College, Dr. Graham received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Michigan and a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at the Indiana Hand Center, with additional training in elbow surgery at Mayo Clinic. He also completed a two-year Executive Management Program in Healthcare Administration, jointly sponsored by Cleveland Clinic and the Weatherhead School of Business of Case Western Reserve University.

Mike Polgur

Mike has spent most of his career providing accounting, finance, and transaction advisory services to middle market and Fortune 500 companies, across a variety of industries. Mike has performed quality of earnings (QofE) financial due diligence for a variety of buyers, lenders, and sellers on over 40 transactions. Across his roles at MorganFranklin Consulting, UHY, and Calculate, Mike gained experience in a variety of industries, including healthcare, software-as-a-service, vertical technologies, business services, consumer goods, eCommerce, telecom, oil & gas distribution, real estate, manufacturing & distribution, construction, and home remodeling. Mike has also helped companies prepare for traditional and SPAC IPOs by providing reporting, technical accounting, and audit readiness services. Mike has prior experience in zero-based budgeting and FP&A from his time managing a $250 million global budget across different geographies, product types, and venture stages at ZX Ventures. Mike additionally has finance transformation experience from his time at EY, where he was focused on providing Fortune 500 insurance clients with technical accounting support and translating the impacts of accounting transformation across the operating model. Mike began his career in a finance rotational program at New York Life Insurance Company, with rotations in Controllership and FP&A as well as Enterprise and Operational Risk Management. Mike earned a B.S. in Accounting and a Master of Accounting, with honors, from CUNY Baruch College. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York.

Scott Chesky - CEO

Scott has spent the majority of his career in investment banking, primarily focused on merger and acquisition advisory for middle-market healthcare, technology & business services companies. He has advised clients on a wide variety of strategic transactions ranging in value from less than $1 million to over $1 billion. Scott also has significant corporate strategy and operating experience, having served as Executive Vice President of InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: INFU), a leading provider of infusion pumps and related services to hospitals, oncology practices and other alternate site healthcare providers. In this role, he was responsible for development and execution of the company's strategic direction through acquisitions, creation of new lines of business and formation of strategic partnerships. Scott was also an integral part of the senior management team and administered the full range of typical day-to-day operating issues faced by middle-market companies. Scott has previous experience analyzing potential investments for a venture capital firm and as the director of finance for a private, grant-making foundation. Scott began his career in public accounting at KPMG, where he performed financial statement audits for companies in a variety of industries and identified opportunities for improved efficiencies in financial reporting, internal controls and business operations. Scott earned the designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Scott was previously a member of the Family Advisory Council at New York-Presbyterian Hospital's (NYP) Komansky Center for Children's Health, where he also founded the Family Faculty Program, which focuses on training healthcare professionals at NYP and medical students at Weill Cornell Medical College in the concepts of Patient & Family Centered Care (PFCC). PFCC is an approach to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of health care that is grounded in mutually beneficial partnerships among health care providers, patients, and families. Scott earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from Bucknell University.

Tony Dimun

Tony brings over 30 years of highly successful operational, business development, and financial experience in the healthcare marketplace. Since 2001, Tony has served as Chairman of Nascent Enterprises, LLC, a group of medical industry entrepreneurs focused on successful commercialization of promising medical device inventions. From 1987 to 2001, Tony served as Executive Vice president & Chief Financial Officer of Vital Signs, Inc., a publicly held anesthesia, respiratory and sleep apnea medical device business, providing growth strategies to enhance the Company's value through highly focused bolt on acquisitions. Vital Signs was sold to GE Medical in 2008 for $1 billion, net of $140 million cash on the balance sheet. During the last 20 years he has been an investor and mentor to several emerging growth medical enterprises that have matured to commercial status and became publicly traded companies, acting either as the Founder or participating in the finding of 25 medical device companies. Of these enterprises, four became public companies and eleven were sold. Tony has been a director of several public companies, including, Vital Signs, Inc., Bionx Implants, Inc., Colorado MedTech Inc., Photomedix, ISS Surgical Systems and numerous privately held companies in the healthcare industry. He also served on the Board of Advisors of the Rutgers University Technology Center & the Biomaterial Institute of Rutgers University and through Nascent Enterprises provides the University of Pennsylvania and other universities with entrepreneurial assistance to commercialize Penn's medical technology. Prior to 1991, Tony held positions as a Certified Public Accountant with national accounting firms and served as Senior VP for an international merchant banking firm specializing in mergers & acquisitions.

Zorba is an investor, advisor, and board member with various information-based companies serving mostly the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Zorba was co-founder and CEO of Citeline Inc., the leading provider of global clinical trial intelligence to the pharmaceutical industry. Zorba was recognized by PharmaVOICE as one of the industry's top leaders in its Commanders and Chiefs edition. In the mid-1990's, he co-founded and built Citizen 1 Software, which pioneered the effort to organize and mine business-relevant information from the Internet. Previously, Zorba was in strategic and new product planning at both Genentech and Eli Lilly, and was a management consultant at The Wilkerson Group. Zorba holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Cornell University, as well as a Masters in international finance from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium. Zorba currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pleio, Inc., a leader in medication adherence and sits on the Board of the Aquaya Institute, a non-profit research and consulting organization dedicated to improving health in the developing world through clean water innovation.
