Chrissi Hume is the Director of Retail & Business Banking at C&N. She has been with C&N since 2008, where she started as an Account Services Representative. As the leader of the Treasury Management Department, Chrissi works closely with business clients to understand their financial operations and make sure they have the appropriate banking services to fit their business needs. She is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), and she received her degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.

Denise Manley is a Merchant Specialist at C&N. In her current role, Denise helps businesses run more efficiently by working with them to find customized credit card processing solutions. Upon joining C&N in 2001, she took part in the Management Trainee program, which provided her with a rich, well-rounded foundation in banking. After completing that program, she held the position of Community Office Manager in the Sayre branch, and later became the Community Office Manager in the Troy branch before joining the Treasury Management team. Denise is a graduate of Troy High School and holds an Associate of Arts degree from Bauder College.

Jill Pino is a Regional Personal Banking Manager in our Mansfield office. With over 21 years in the financial industry, Jill draws on her banking knowledge and expertise to provide her customers with a personalized and professional experience. She joined C&N in 2006 as a Management Trainee and later worked in the Tioga office as an Operations Manager. From 2010 through 2020, Jill was the Mansfield Community Office Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch as well as originating retail and mortgage loans. She then joined the mortgage lending team as a Mortgage Loan Originator until 2022, when she landed in her current position.
Jill graduated from Newport Business Institute in 2001 with a specialized Associate Degree in Business Administration. Since then, she has worked tirelessly to bolster her industry knowledge by completing several programs with the American Bankers Association, earning multiple diplomas in her line of work.
In her free time, she is an advisory board member for the Tioga County YMCA. She lives in Covington with her husband, Dan, and her two children.

Kathi Heimbach is a Mortgage Loan Originator at C&N covering Bradford and Tioga Counties. She has 26 years of banking experience with C&N. Kathi received her certificate from the PBA School of Banking in 2009. She has been involved in Lending since January of 2009, specializing in Mortgage and Small Business Lending. She grew up on a dairy farm and owns an operating farm, so she can to identify with the small business pressures to be successful in rural PA. She works with customers that can include a mix of wage income, business income and property types. She enjoys being able to work with a variety of requests. Kim graduated from I.U.P. Academy of Culinary Arts and was also a Graduate of Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Banking and Advanced School of Banking. She is currently the Vice President of the Cameron County Industrial Development Authority/Industrial Planning Corporation, sits on the North Central Regional Loan Review Committee and the North Central Audit and Finance Committee, along with being a board member of the Workforce Solutions for North Central PA. Kim is a member of the Emporium Rotary Club and serves as an Auditor for the County of Cameron.

Patrick Davis is a Mortgage Loan Originator at C&N covering Bucks County, PA. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, joining C&N in February of 2020. Prior to joining C&N, he worked at in a similar capacity at Fulton Bank where he generated mortgage loans throughout Southeast Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Patrick's office is located in our Doylestown Branch at 465 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
Patrick graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, and in 2008, he became a Licensed Mortgage Broker in Pennsylvania.
Patrick lives in Pipersville with his wife, Patricia, and has three children.

Rachel Brill is a Regional Mortgage Loan Originator at C&N covering Tioga and Potter Counties. She joined C&N in May of 2013, transitioning to her current position in November of 2015. Rachel's drive and ambition has given her several opportunities to garner success at her position. She earned her B.S. in Business Management and a Minor in Information Systems Management from Pennsylvania State University in 2013. She joined C&N upon graduating and went through the C&N Credit Trainee Program where she spent time learning all aspects of lending, giving her valuable industry experience.
Very active in her community, she is a member of the Rotary Club and a board member for both Penn York Opportunities and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She also spends time doing community service for the Salvation Army.
