Brittany Moore

Brittany is a Nurse Practitioner with 5 years' experience. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse for 15 years in both the adult and pediatric population. Brittany Graduated from Arizona State University with her bachelors, then went on to obtain her Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Brittany and her family recently moved to the area from Florida where she worked with the older adult in long term care and rehab facilities, prior to that she was practicing in pediatric neurosurgery. Brittany is passionate about preventative health and educating her patients to live their best possible life.

Gregg M Hallbauer

"Dr. Hallbauer is keen on good communication, education, and the continuity of care. He believes we must be committed to regular exercise, healthy eating, avoiding tobacco products, have positive relationships, and a personal faith in God. Dr. Hallbauer tries to prescribe as few medications as possible to achieve the best outcomes and supports the adage that "Prevention Works Wonders!"" Dr. Hallbauer and his wife Joslyn have three amazing boys-Grant, Gage, and Garrett. Grant is a 2017 Graduate of Baylor University and is pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Baylor. Gage attends Baylor University and is a pre-med University Scholar major. Garrett attends Conroe High School where he is active in the Academy for Science and Health Professions, sports, and band. Joslyn teaches elementary music grades K - 4 at Wilkinson Elementary in Conroe. When Dr. Hallbauer is not at work, he enjoys outdoor activities, working in the yard, spending time fly fishing or snowmobiling at his family's cabin in Lake City, Colorado, watching his boys play sports or their instruments, teaching Sunday school, and playing the piano. Dr. Hallbauer has been on several mission trips to the Domincan Republic. In May of 2017, he accompanied the Baylor Men's Choir on their mission trip to Kenya and supervised their medical projects. The Hallbauers are active members of First Baptist Church in Conroe, Texas, where Dr. Hallbauer also serves as a Deacon.

Jason Toole

Thomas (Jason) Toole graduated from University of Texas Health Science Center in 2021. He has his master's degree in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, he worked as a Registered Nurse for 5 years in the IMU for Memorial Hermann and Huntsville Memorial Hospital. Jason has a passion for helping others and loves to make people laugh and smile. He practices using evidence-based medicine and as if every patient was his own family member. He loves vacationing, ranching, and spending time with his family. Jason and his wife live on Lake Livingston. He has a son at home and a stepdaughter that is a graduate of Sam Houston State University.

Katie Thurman

Katie Thurman has ten years of experience working as a Physician Assistant in the family practice setting. Prior to joining the Family Medicine Associates of Conroe in 2017, she worked for ten years at Dr. Hill's office in Humble, TX. Following a transfer to this area, she is grateful to be able to continue to serve some of her established patients and also care for new families in the Conroe area. Katie graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch Physician Assistant program in Galveston, TX in 2007 with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Prior to attending the University of Texas Medical Branch, Katie completed her undergraduate degree at Baylor University in Waco, TX. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in Nutritional Sciences. During her undergrad studies, Katie spent one semester studying the Spanish language while living in Guadalajara, Mexico. Her mother-in-law, an LVN, was very influential in helping Katie relate her background of Spanish and nutrition to a profession in medicine that would also allow her to be "a wife and mom and enjoy what she did." With science credits in nutrition, she transitioned successfully to the PA Graduate Program in Galveston. Her expertise in Spanish has also been a valuable asset. In addition, she was also influenced by her experience in ER after Baylor graduation and before grad school.
