As a 15 year resident of the area and traveling to various parts of Florida & Alabama; I am full of knowledge and strive to meet each and every one of my clients specific needs, no matter the location. I am responsive, consistent, & relentless. I love to go the extra mile in my business even if it means getting my hands dirty. My integrity lies within each relationship I have with my clients as I value their willingness to achieve whatever goal it is to become. I do this by really listening to their wants/needs and treating each and every consumer as I do my best friend with the exception of handling each transaction in a professional manner. Carmen became a resident of Hartford, Al in May of 2010. She and her husband relocated to Alabama for her husband's change in career. Previously they owned and operated a logging company and now he works at Fort Rucker as an aircraft mechanic. Carmen has been associated with Hartford for 30 years through family and has always thought of this area as a second home. Carmen has been with our company as our office manager and agent since 2015. She and her husband enjoy boating, shooting and spending time with family and friends. She loves meeting new people, and greets everyone with a smile and always happy to assist you in ALL of your Real Estate needs.

David was born is San Antonio, Texas and raised in Hartford, Alabama. He joined the Alabama Air National Guard at 17-years-old. As a Veteran of "Operation Enduring Freedom" in Afghanistan, David is still serving as a Technical Sergeant in Dothan with thirteen years of service behind him. He and his wife moved to the Tallahassee area after graduating with their bachelor's degree from Troy University in 2015. Since then, they have had two beautiful daughters, Harper and Brooklynn, which motivated them to move back to the Wiregrass area to be closer to family and raise Harper and Brooklynn.
David decided to get into Real Estate shortly after he and his wife bought their first house. He fell in love with the whole process. The hunt for the right home, the back and forth of negotiating the offers, all the way through closing, and finally moving in. David likes problem solving, and helping people reach different life goals with Real Estate which has proven to be the most rewarding problem solving he has found.

David was born and raised in Hartford Alabama. He is married, Brooke, and have 5 children, Porter, Mary Michael, Hank, Anna James, and Buster They are very involved at Sardis Church as well as within the community. David graduated from Auburn University in 2006 majoring in Agricultural Business and Economics. Not long after graduation David and his brother-in-law, Michael Dorriety, purchased their first investment property together. They both earned thier licenses in the State of Alabama to sell real estate in February of 2011. David & Michael work as a team to better serve their clients.
Janice and her family moved to Dothan, Alabama in 1975. Prior to beginning her career in real estate, Janice was employed with Regions Bank for 22 years. Janice managed the East Circle Branch of Regions for 18 years. Her customers were like family and she loved helping them with all of their banking needs. While at Regions, Janice became friends with several realtors who were her customers. Real estate seemed like such a fun and exciting career. Janice decided to attend school at night and earned her real estate license.
At the end of 1997 Janice joined United Country Real Estate/Properties South as a part-time realtor, For 2 1/2 years, she continued to work at Regions and do real estate part-time. In 1999 her first grandchild was born, followed by another in 2000. It was time to have only one career and Janice chose real estate.
Janice is married to Joe Grantham. They have 2 sons and 4 wonderful grandchildren. They are active members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Janice loves real estate! She has met so many wonderful people from the Wiregrass Area and many other states. These friends have greatly enriched her life.
Janice was raised on a farm so she has a love for the land and an appreciation for homes in town, country and on the lake. Janice would love to help you with all of your real estate needs, buying or selling she loves it all!

Michael has lived on his family's cattle, hay and poultry farm for his entire life. He graduated from Geneva County High School and Wallace Community College. Michael's wife, Tina, works in marketing in the home health industry. They have 2 children, Luke and Jaycee. They are active in their church, school and community. Michael owns and operates a cattle and poultry farm located below Hartford AL. Prior to becoming a real-estate agent, Michael worked in the medical field as a nurse with Flowers Hospital and Urological Associates of Dothan. His love for the outdoors and farm contributed greatly to becoming a United Country real estate agent. Michael and his brother-in-law, David Miller own United Country Fulford Realty. They work as a team to better serve their clients and community. They also own investment properties together. Shelly Sapp joined United Country in 2014 as Office Administrator. It didn't take long for her to fall in love with real estate. Shelly became a licensed Realtor in 2016. Born and raised in the Wiregrass area gives her knowledge of the local real estate market. She loves selling real estate in the Wiregrass Area. She enjoys sharing the rich history of the area with her clients.
Shelly specializes in real estate for sale in Houston, Henry, Dale, Geneva, and Coffee counties. Dothan, Al is 30 miles from Ft Novosel Army Base, 45 Miles from Lake Eufaula in Barbour County, and 100 miles north of the white, sandy beaches of Panama City Beach, Florida. In 2020, during the COVID Pandemic, Shelly had her most successful year in real estate. She was awarded Top Sales Agent in her Brokerage, with 3 million in sales, and received The Pinnacle Silver award for being in the top 125 agents in United Country Nationally. Shelly earned her Commitment to Excellence endorsement in 2020 (C2EX), voted Best Real Estate Agent 2022 in Dothan Eagle's Best of the Wiregrass. She is a member of The Southeast Alabama Association of Realtors, where she serves on the Realtors for Children committee and the National Association of Realtors. She became licensed in Florida in May 2022 and looks forward to expanding into the Florida Panhandle.
Shelly enjoys volunteering with Wiregrass Hope Center. She and her husband are members of First Baptist Church, Headland, Al. She has been married for 29 years. She and her husband, Shawn have 4 terrific kids and 2 amazing grandkids. Her hobbies include reading, Bama football, traveling, and spending time with her family.
