President and founder David Landeo has been in the construction and home improvement arena since 1995. At that point, David and his twin brother Sergio Landeo began their interior floor installation career in a local tile flooring company where they learned the craft of ceramic, marble, and vinyl tile installation, as well as hardwood floor installation and refinishing. After only two years, the Landeo brothers began subcontracting on their own for high end firms, designers, and architects in the Metropolitan area, thus starting the "L&L Floors" brand name.
