We engaged Lokava to assist in bringing our app concept to life. The team at Lokava provided assistance in the end to end development of our product which involved conceptual designs through to product development and implementation. We consider Lokava more of an extension of our team rather than a service provider. Even post development, we have chosen to engage Lokava to provide ongoing software support and advice as our brand continues to expand and our product evolve.

The team at Lokava were a god-send to us (non-technical) plebs when trying to navigate the pitfalls of starting a software project. The were excellent communicators, open, honest and transparent, helping to deliver a polished project, within agreed timeframes, budget and scope. I'll be honest - at the beginning I thought it was a good idea to save money by going to a cheap developer overseas. This turned out to be a disaster and I was devastated very early on that the app was dead in the water. It would regularly crash, was slow and not even close to anything that I would be able to use effectively. After approaching quite a few developers to try and steer the project back in the right direction I settled on Lokava and I'm thankful that I did. They have been honest and transparent about cost and deadlines and have been fantastic at providing advice on the best ways to move forward. We are now on the cusp of taking the app to market and I am excited about what the future holds. I would highly recommend Lokava, not just as an app builder, but as a company that takes the time to understand what your vision is and then gives you a straightforward explanation of how best to go about achieving this.
The team at Lokava Software are very professional, prompt and excellent with communications. There was constant communication and feedback from the team through the entire process of having our app built. They were able to provide all the features asked for, and suggested excellent improvements from our initial concept. We engaged Lokava Software to design and develop a fatigue management system for the LifeFlight aeromedical team. Right from the get-go, Vaakesan was prompt with communication and thorough with his assessment of our specific requirements. We worked closely together to design the overall system which comprises of a mobile based app for aeromedical staff as well as a cloud based management system for admin and management purposes. The system that was developed and deployed for our team is highly functional and most importantly very easy to use. The staff and service of Lokava has been professional and extremely invaluable throughout our journey. They were fantastic from helping us during the planning stages of our own app, regularly providing progress updates and testing, and even in the latter stages towards getting our software over the last few hurdles and live on the market. From the onset they were not only competitive in price but have remained directly contactable at all times throughout our experience. We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received which was organised into checkpoints based on planning, drafting, rigid testing and of course the launch! At each checkpoint we made formal contact with one another in case each party had new ideas or amendments in mind to ultimately better the final product. Even outside these checkpoints, and after our product was launched, they have been approachable and diligent in answering queries.
