Marlene D. Hilliard, J.D. is the owner of Marlene D. Hilliard Consulting, LLC. She provides consulting services to major oil and gas corporations in the area of commercial contracts management/negotiations. Ms. Hilliard received her undergraduate degree from Grambling State University in 1989, magna cum laude, completed her internship at the University of California-Berkeley during the summer 1988 and later received a Juris Doctorate degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 1994.
