Geoff graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2002 after having completed a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degree. He joined McCracken & McCracken Lawyers as Articled Clerk in 2003 and was admitted to practice in 2004. Geoff became a partner of the firm in 2010 Geoff's practice areas include property, commercial and workplace law and he provides advice to a range of clients including incorporated associations, not-for-profit groups, private clients and commercial entities. Geoff is currently serving as Law Agent for The Presbyterian Church of Victoria and is a director on the board of Melbourne School of Theology. Geoff is also kept busy with involvement at his local church, serving on the Missions Development Group with Scripture Union Victoria and as a member of Heidelberg Symphony Orchestra. He completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the Leo Cussen Institute in 2010 and was admitted to practice in 2011. Stephen joined McCracken and McCracken Lawyers in 2011. His legal expertise is in the following areas: Conveyancing & Property Commercial Law Criminal Law Family and DeFacto Law Wills, Trusts & Deceased Estates Stephen is involved with his local church and is a member of the Gospel Hall Trust, a not-for-profit organisation whose purposes include the promotion of the material and spiritual welfare of the members of the community of Melbourne, and the residential accommodation and education of young, disadvantaged and unemployed young people.
