Merry Marine was a provider of inspirational leadership development experiences, working with leading management development companies to help develop top leaders in some of the world's most successful businesses. Initially focused on using sailing as a metaphor for leadership (hence the name), Merry Marine expanded into using a multitude of predominantly outdoor experiential leadership techniques.
