Nova-Tech was established in 1992 as a 2-person company in Willmar, Minnesota. What began as one person's passion to leverage emerging technology to benefit agriculture is now a global reality. After rapid growth over the last 29 years, we now hold several US patents and employ nearly 300 professionals, including global team members from 12 different countries. Our equipment can be found in over 500 hatcheries in more than 65 countries and 6 continents around the world... At Nova-Tech, innovation is more than word; it is the core of our business.
