Alexandre is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Rhone Group. Supported by the Rhone Supervisory Board, he has oversight of the vision and core values of Rhone. He has the responsibility for delivering sustainable shareholder value within a framework of prudent and effective controls. Alexandre is a qualified Swiss lawyer, having been admitted to the bar in Geneva, and is a Swiss Certified Tax Expert.

Antonio Mock Luque

Antonio is a Director in the Geneva Trust Services team. He is a financial services professional with over 10 years' experience, including legal, corporate and trust administration acquired in international law firms and trust companies in Panama, Germany and Switzerland. Additional to being a Lawyer admitted in Panama, Antonio is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds an LLM in Finance from the University of Frankfurt and an MBA in International Management from the University of Geneva. He speaks Spanish, Portuguese, English and French. Antonio Ribeiro

Antonio is responsible for Rhone's relationships in Asia, as well as the group's regional strategic business development. He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1995 where he practised prior to moving to Switzerland in 2000. Antonio has been based in Singapore since 2008 and has developed strong relationships with key families in the region. He is on the Board of several key family offices and private trust companies. Antonio is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a Resident Manager approved by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

David Wallace Wilson

David is a partner in Schellenberg Wittmer's Private Client and Estates practice in Switzerland. He advises individuals domestically and internationally on all aspects of wealth structures and tax planning for their personal and business assets. Currently Vice-Chair of STEP Geneva, David specialises in matrimonial and inheritance issues, as well as succession vehicles. Kati Watson

She has over 20 years of experience in the private client and trust industry, starting her career in UK tax and accountancy practices before transitioning to trust and fiduciary services in Switzerland. Having managed multi-jurisdictional structures for international high net worth clients throughout her career, she holds a wealth of industry experience with a specialist knowledge of structures with a UK or Middle East connection. Kati is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a Fellow Member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT (Fellow)), and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).

Kimberly E. Strachan

Kimberly is the Managing Director of the Bahamas Trust Services team. She has over 25 years of client and management experience having worked in private banking and as an auditor with one of the Big Four in the Bahamas. She holds a B.A. in accounting from Georgia State University and obtained a Certificate as a Certified Public Accountant in 2002. Kimberly is also a member of The Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Mark Richford

Mark is based in The Bahamas and sits on the Board of Directors of Rhone Singapore and Rhone Hong Kong. His focus is client relationships and business development. Mark has 30 years of experience working for, and heading, the trust departments of several international banks in England, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands and The Bahamas. Mark is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having previously served on the Board of Directors of the Bahamas Branch.

Myke Naef

Myke is a computer engineer with vast experience as a ‘business angel' contributing to fundraising, coaching, communication and strategic planning. Myke was the Co-Founder of Doodle AG and is a Co-Founder of Übermorgen Ventures AG, an early stage venture capital fund focusing on companies developing innovative technology to mitigate climate change. He sits on the Board of several Swiss and German private companies.

Nicholas Pell

Nicholas is the General Counsel of the Rhone Group and one of the Partners. He has responsibility of all legal matters relating to Rhone, including managing complex client matters where legal expertise is required. He also focuses on client relationships, particularly those with a UK, US or Middle East connection. He is a practising Solicitor under the laws of England and Wales and a specialist in estate planning, trusts, tax, philanthropy and automatic exchange of information (including CRS). Before joining Rhone, he spent eight years working in the Private Client team of Macfarlanes LLP, a top-tier law firm in London. He has served as a committee member of the Geneva branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), contributing on technical legal consultations and speaking at events in Geneva and abroad.

Nick Allen - CEO

With over 20 years' experience in banking, Nick has worked for several of Europe's and the US' largest global financial institutions whilst based in Switzerland, UK and Spain. Before joining Rhone, Nick held the position of Chief Operating Officer within Deutsche Bank's Wealth Management division with operational, financial and risk oversight of a regional sales function, managing teams spanning multiple geographic locations. Latterly, he moved into large scale transformation programs ranging from target operating models, IT implementation to process efficiencies and digitization. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Social Psychology from Loughborough University and speaks English, French, German and Spanish.

Paul Davis

Paul is based in The Bahamas and his focus is on institutional client relationships and business development. He is a UK qualified barrister and, prior to joining Rhone, Paul was a private client and wealth management partner of a leading law firm with a particular focus on estate planning, trusts and regulatory matters. Paul also previously served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for the Rhone Group. During his time in private practise, Paul was recognised as a ‘Recommended Lawyer' by both The Legal 500 Caribbean (2019) and Who's Who Legal: Private Client (2018 - 2021).

Ralph Stierli

Serene Lim

She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and started her career as an Auditor with a top tier firm in 1997.
